★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We recently switched our 4 dogs' vet care to Cooke due to their affiliation with the SEVA Golden Retriever Rescue and we could not be happier. Amber was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs.
January 22 · D DrakeI took my baby to them because he was having mild seizures due to high liver enzymes. He had insurance and I didn’t care about the cost, just him and his health. I asked the heartless doctor to run all the tests. She snapped at me and said she can’t do that and to just take him to the specialist. I feel so dumb for not pushing back and fighting for my baby. They referred us to Blue Pearl, knowing their high mortality rate. And of course the specialist immediately recommended the most invasive and pricey treatments. I trusted that they know best. Until I took him for an appointment one day and was handed his dead body afterwards. Never got to say goodbye to my baby, I didn’t even get a chance to hug him that day because I was running late. I will never forgive the vet at cook for refusing to do more bloodwork and try non-invasive methods and sending my baby to his death. I hope they experience the pain and suffering they’ve caused me.
July 16 · Sahar NrlhiI came here since my dog was not feeling well and staff in the front was quick to get me in same day super friendly!! Not to mention the great attention the dr lisa i think and her assistant had once they saw. She noticed small details and listened to everything that i had to say about my concerns. I am not sure if they are overpriced or overcharge but the care they give my pet and the attention they had was just amazing i would highly recommend this place !! Thank you guys for the great service!!
July 18 · KarlaIf you are looking for a compassionate veterinarian who cares about your fur-baby, you have come to the wrong place! Dr. Cooke likes to hear herself talk utter nonsense about other people’s pets and doesn’t want to hear what YOU have to say about your own pet- instead speaking right over you. Be warned! If I could post this with NO stars, I would.
March 21 · Andi Mendelsohn BaldreeAfter being at another local vet for almost 8 years, it was a breath of fresh air to come to this establishment. At our old vet we would wait in the front waiting area for well over 1/2 an hour past our appointment time, everytime. At Cooke, that is not the case. As soon as you check in at the front you are brought straight back to the exam room, no wait! We will continue to refer people to this vet as we are so happy with the services received.
