- Took our pug there, she had a mass on her leg, he said "no problem but we may have to amputate ". We were ok with that. However, when they called us to pick her up a day early, they said the surgery was a success and no amputation needed. We were so excited. We go to pick her up, they were more concerned about the $100 that we owed yet that they were extremely rude. We had no problem paying, we were just waiting for my sister to get there with the $100. Once they were paid, they brought Gracie out to us, she was still out of it from the anesthesia. We drove back to Cedar Rapids, and she died about 4 hours later. When we called them, they said to dig her up from the ground and bring her back so they could examine her. Really? We did have another vet look at her and he informed us that she bled to death internally and that they cut an artery. Upon talking to them, there was never any remorse or apology. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! February 01 · Kim Fritz

- Very very rude! Asked me while he was giving my dog his shot how i was going to pay for this. Turned his nose up as soon as he saw us. He was very friendly with the other people. But very quiet and judgmental with us. Cut my dogs nails and made him bleed. Only cut his front paws and charged me $28 for it. He weighed my small dog and charged me $15. Will never be going there again. May 21 · The weird Gamer
