★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Last year my dog had an emergency foot surgery..Alice saved her life..she does know what she is doing and is good..but her bedside manor to human patients sucks. After the surgery she stated because of the emergency she lost a patient for services. I was made to feel like a bad parent. A vet should never say those things to the human patient. There is only Alice there when there used to be 2 vets. So I don't advise going to her because of no other vet. I switched vets and will be going to take both my dogs to a new to me in Traer/Keystone with 4 vets.Alice GOOD with animalsAlice NOT GOOD with the pet parent and lack of vets. Which I know there is a shortage.Alice assistants all good and very caring.NO Other Vets for EmergencyVERY Expensive
July 02 · Angie KlinzingThey treat my pups with such care!
June 21 · Tracie WalkerMy husband and I take our two cats and one dog to this clinic not only because it's convenient because it's close to where we live but because the staff is friendly and very helpful and they give us choices and how we want to help care for our pets.
July 26 · Jessica Miller MullinexUpdate: we're up to nearly 14 years now and still love Dr. Timmerman and her team.Dr. Timmerman and her team have taken care of our animals for almost 10 years (or as long as they've been open). They've taken great care of our cats and dogs even when we lost one of our cats to age.
June 06 · Nathan GroomThe people at this place go out of their way to make you, and most importantly your beloved pet, as comfortable as possible. My Luna is a rescue, and very distrustful of people she doesnt know. The Vets and their Techs are very tuned into your babies body language. I have used their services twice since moving back to IA from SC. They are the best in the area in my opinion!
