★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What this clinic did for my family is beyond amazing. From the bottom of my heart I can’t thank you enough. Thank you for making this loss a little bit easier to accept. None of you knew my family but went above and beyond in memory of our angel Scoop 💙 I pray you all receive nothing but love and blessings for what you did for us. Thank you.
August 08 · Nicole MoffattThis vet clinic will not allow prescriptions to be filled through PetMed or Chewy. They only use their online service that wants a credit card before you can even look at the price. My dog also got her rabies vaccination on 8/25 and they gave us a tag for 2024. All my previous vets do exams in the room you're in not here, they take them out of the room so you can't see what they are doing.
August 18 · Tim Ralston(DOSENT HELP WITH PET INSURANCE)At first I loved this vet. Dr. Hamilton. She never made me or my boyfriend feel dumb about our questions..She was super nice and understanding with my spicy kitty..But my problem lies with the front office. We spoke with Renée after our second time asking for soap notes and she told us at first she would get it sent either that day or the next. Now today the 22nd of July we called again and now she's saying another department handles it. I asked to be transferred but apparently everyone was hands on at 7:40 in the morning. Our pet insurance even called in the past and they still have not sent it. We're reaching our deadline...
July 22 · Emerie PThis review is specific to Dr. Eike and Salina. I will explain below, but Dr. Eike is the best. We followed her from her previous employer and would do so again if she were to ever leave here.Dr. Eike defines the words "empathetic professional". She understands that our Cats are our family and treats them as such. We have always felt that our needs are the most important thing in the world to Dr. Eike, and this is demonstrated in her true investment in the care of our babies. When one of our Cats, who was very ill, had to go to the 24 hour emergency vet, Dr. Eike offered to speak with the doctor, even though it was late at night and way after hours. She gives of herself like no other vet we know, and we are true supporters, and fans, of her.Salina is part of Dr. Eike's team, and we are very happy she is. She has great bedside manner, is extremely gentle with our babies, and also has gone beyond the expected to help us.Our babies love them both!
December 27 · Michael KaplanI brought my dog in to this place seeking for anxiety medication, and to figure out what was going on because he was starting to be aggressive towards people and other animals. I then met with carrie and was explaining to her his situation and she said he might have a bladder infection that’s causing his anxiety in which i told her this has been ongoing for about a year now, and she suggested i get a trainer which is not the help i was seeking. She was feeling his back legs when he then growled at her , and she then went on to tell me that she couldn’t finish the exam and i had to come back tomorrow and she would send me home with pills that would chill him out before his exam the next day. i asked the receptionist when i was about to leave if i would have to pay tomorrow or if i would get what i would be paying for tonight. she then told me i would have to pay $70 again plus a urine sample, and i will not come back to this place. i wasn’t going to pay what i should have been paying for the night of the first exam.
