Emergency veterinarian service, Veterinarian ★4.0

1321 Oakcrest Dr, Columbia, SC 29223, USA

4.0
I was a basket case, worried about my doggo’s hot spot that seemed to be getting worse. I called and got really emotional. The very kind and understanding lady was so patient with me as I cried. She took my info and told me to bring him in. This place is very, very spacious, clean, and organized. Dr. Amelia Huff was the Emergency Veterinarian who tended to my Boogie Kobe. I am so thankful to her and every single staff member who helped with his care. I didn’t get the names of the other people who helped me, but they were just as kind and caring. One is pregnant with her first baby, and one was a young lady with glasses and big eyelashes. They were both so sweet! My Kobe required sedation, and his care and post-op care were excellent. They were very reassuring and supportive. He required antibiotics and antiseptic. They kept us informed every step of the way. We were given instructions and information in detail. I am so grateful to this place and its employees for their wonderful level of care. They care not only for our pet, but also for their human parents. I highly recommend this hospital. The triage/treatment rooms are large and clean, the reception area is spacious and airy, and there’s even an area to get water, fresh coffee, espresso, hot chocolate, and snacks. I hope to not have to use it again, but it’s nice to know that I can go to CVETS! - Jan Jan
