★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Fabrick shows she really cares for her patients. She is knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, and makes sure you’re not in the dark about the treatment your pet is receiving and is very transparent with pricing.I have been bringing my now 20-year-old female cat to her since last year, and she has been nothing short of amazing with my baby, making sure she’ll be comfy these last couple of years she’s got left.Dr. Fabrick keeps me informed on my cat’s diagnoses, giving me updates over the phone every step of the way if it’s a drop off appointment, and she calls me PERSONALLY. She even calls to check up on my baby to see how she is doing after she’s been seen. When my cat has flare-ups with her urinary tract, Dr. Fabrick will squeeze her in to be seen same day, even with a schedule as stacked as hers.I cannot thank Dr. Fabrick and her team enough for showing compassion and patience when things get stressful, and offering amazing knowledge when I feel like I’m not sure what to do. Thank you, thank you, thank you for helping me keep my baby comfy and healthy!!
April 30 · S AI'm sitting here in shock. I've been bring my pets to this clinic for ten years. Before the change in owners there was so much love and concern for my babies. I knew the faces had changed at the clinic and things felt different. It wasn't until I had an urgent concern for my dog that I realized just how much it had changed. They literally didn't care and wouldn't see him. The attitude of the front desk staff was dismissive and when I questioned their response they hung up on me. Now I'm sitting here with a dog in pain calling a new vet trying to find one with a heart because my babies deserve only the best care. Don't waste your time here and find a better clinic. When things are urgent they just don't care.
May 12 · Scully FamilyYou know when you are trying to do the very best for your pet and you get seen only to be talked to in a condescending manner? Ya, that was my experience today. The vet tech was very sweet. This is the Only reason for the 2 stars. As soon as Dr. Fabrick came in, her attitude was not good. She mentioned to have my dog spayed and my other dog neutered several times. I felt shamed because my dog is having puppies. I want the best care for my dog and shunning me because she is pregnant just put a bad taste in my mouth. I was really hoping they would do the care for my dog through her pregnancy but I am not going back to a vet that treats people so poorly.I guess if you want to be treated like an idiot, go see Dr. Fabrick. She will reassure you that you shouldn't own a pet.
May 21 · Bri BrownMy sister purchased/rehomed a little betta from Offer Up. Some months passed and we noticed a lump developing on Ninja. It grew so big and fast that by the time we realized he was no longer swimming as much. Every time I glanced over at his tank he was laid on his leaf bed. He was barely eating and constantly taking these deep breaths, almost like he was gasping. It was so hard watching him suffer this way. We wanted to give him a fighting chance and searched far and wide for an aquatic vet. I want everyone to know just how amazing Dr. Lee is. From beginning to end! Dr. Lee showed so much compassion and reassurance. She and her staff were able to work a miracle. She removed his tumor and quite literally changed Ninja's life. I haven't seen him move like this in a while💙 thank you again for granting him more time with us. Despite knowing these little guys don't live long I do admire a vet who gives every creature their absolute all! No matter how big or small 🥺
October 23 · Sandra VLJust tried to have this office help euthanize an elderly cat. Gave me a reasonable price, then added non-negotiable up-charges of meeting with the Vet to discuss things. There's nothing to discuss when the cat is old and sickly and we are ready to say goodbye, this add-on was insulting and offensive. She started out nice, then that went away immediately when I said no to up-charges.It looks very bad. Why can you not just do what needs to be done? My mother is elderly and on a fixed income, and you want to nickel and dime her in her moment of grief??
