★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Great vet care!! They give extremely detailed after visit summaries with detailed medical info and they listen thoroughly to questions during visits. However, for a dental procedure my cat had in July 2024, they shaved part of his leg for an IV and no one told me beforehand that this would happen so it was a shock to me when I took off his bandage. I understand having to shave it but I feel like that should be told to the owner as part of the procedure plan so that they know.Similarly, internal medicine across the street shaved his stomach for an ultrasound one time and nobody told me he was getting shaved so that was a shock to me too. Also primary care trimmed my cat’s claws during a dental procedure and nobody went over that with me and his claws are trimmed way shorter than I’ve ever trimmed them and I would never personally ever trim them that short so that has been disappointing. However, overall I would definitely continue choosing this vet office for primary care needs.
August 28 · Debbie SkinnerI do not recommend at all! We took out dog there because she was sick and they ran tests and told us her gallbladder and liver was inflamed and said that he was going to give her medicine to help it then to have us take her to her regular vet to have the test ran again to make sure that it's helping well they sent us a email with the care instructions etc and it stated she had liver disease and they did not mention that when we was there and also did not mention some of the other tests came back not normal and they did not mention that in person and i did not appreciate his choice of words either all they care about is the money and that's it unfortunately my dog did not even make it the week to have the testing done the medication worked for a couple days then she ended up passing away so it was way worse then they mentioned
December 30 · CodyBrought my sweet-angel-bean in because she ate the liquid packet from a package of chicken. The staff here were all so kind and very patient (my dog has a lot of opinions) and the main vet explained all my options from multiple angles. They took care of her swiftly and we are on our way home! I would highly recommend bringing your precious, garbage-eating monsters here.
June 29 · betsy wallerThis is the best veterinary clinic in town, hands down. Yes, you talk to students for the initial check, but I love that! Everything is overseen by a doctor and everyone is so kind and sincere. All tests and treatments are explained in full and the doctor never tries to push things on us that our cats don't really need. We've already seen significant improvements to our cats medical issues under the care of this vet.
November 28 · David NeedhamBad place to take your animals. My dog died. The clinic gave us a email the next day about the visit what was in the email wasn't what he told us. She was worse than what we thought & the medicine didnt work. .I will never take any of my animals there again. The student & nurse were great with her. They were with her more they the vet he kept leaving.
