The key features and highlights of East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic are its unwavering dedication to emergency care and its compassionate approach, even during the most difficult of times. A major highlight is the clinic's specialized focus on after-hours care, which fills a vital gap in the pet healthcare landscape. This ensures that when a pet is suddenly ill or injured, a team of trained professionals is available. The availability of advanced diagnostics, including on-site blood work and imaging, is another significant feature, allowing for rapid and accurate diagnoses which are crucial in emergency situations. The testimonials provided offer a mixed but insightful view of the hospital's features. One client praised the "sympathetic, professional" staff and the dignified, beautiful way their pet's remains were handled after a tragic accident. The personalized touches, such as a heart-shaped name tag, a paw print, and a package of Daisies, highlight a deep level of compassion and care. Another client was highly appreciative of the low price, stating it was "very low" and a fraction of what they had been quoted elsewhere. This suggests that the clinic may offer more affordable services compared to other emergency facilities. However, another client's review, while acknowledging some compassion, pointed out a significant issue with follow-through on a requested service and a defensive staff response. This highlights that while the medical and end-of-life care may be handled with some care, there can be communication and customer service issues. The clinic's capacity for handling emotionally charged situations is a core feature, though the execution may not be flawless in every case.
You can contact East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic at their primary phone number: (909) 861-5737. The mobile phone number is +1 909-861-5737. The hospital is located at 938 N Diamond Bar Blvd, Diamond Bar, CA 91765, USA. It is important to remember that as an emergency clinic, their hours are specific to after-hours and weekend needs. They are open weekdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 am and 24 hours on weekends. Calling ahead when possible is always recommended to ensure they are prepared for your pet's arrival. The clinic is equipped with restrooms and is wheelchair accessible, ensuring a more comfortable visit.
When choosing an emergency vet, the most critical factor is the ability to provide immediate and expert care, and that is what makes East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic worth choosing. Its specialized focus on emergency and critical care means the staff and facility are always prepared for the worst-case scenarios. The presence of advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities on-site is a huge advantage, as it allows for swift and comprehensive treatment without the need for a transfer to another facility. The positive testimonials, particularly the one about the dignified handling of a pet's remains and the compassionate support during a difficult time, demonstrate a genuine commitment to the emotional as well as the medical needs of their clients. The appreciation for the low price of services suggests that the clinic may offer a more affordable option for emergency care, which is a significant factor for many pet owners. However, it is essential to consider the negative feedback regarding communication and customer service. While the care for the pet may be compassionate, the client experience might not always be perfect. This is a crucial point for pet owners to be aware of. Ultimately, for those moments when your primary vet is closed and your pet is in a critical situation, East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic provides a vital, life-saving service. For their expertise in emergency medicine and their compassionate approach to end-of-life care, they are a valuable and necessary resource in the California community, making them an excellent choice for any pet emergency.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1recently entrusted East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic with the difficult task of saying goodbye to my beloved pet. While the staff was compassionate, the experience was marred by a significant oversight.I had specifically requested an urn with a photographic picture of my pet and emailed the clinic the details. Unfortunately, the urn I received was missing the photo, which was not only disappointing but felt like a breach of trust, especially given that I paid for this service. They even contacted me a second time informing me that the urn I had chosen was much more expensive and that they would need the additional payment before they are able to order the upgraded urn. I gave them authorization over the phone to charge may credit card.To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, the representative was defensive and seem to be blaming me for the oversight. All she had to say was, "Sir, sorry for the mistake, I will get with my supervisors to express your concerns. There is no reason for employees trying to escalate the situation, making you feel that you're the problem."While the clinic did handle the euthanasia with some care, I hope they can improve their communication and take responsibility for their mistakes in the future.
August 29 · Raul PerezMy beloved 17 year old dog passed away unexpectedly from a tragic accident.I took a few hours to all and research facilities, this pet clinic was recommended.I am so glad that I brought my Daisy here for cremation. The drop off was emotionally overwhelming. The staff was sympathetic, professional, they provided a private room where we could say our goodbyes without feeling rushed.I was pleased with the timeliness and care in which they returned her ashes. It was dignified. She came in a beautiful little wood box, her name in a heart shaped name tag, a laminated paw and nose print, a beautiful little certificate of private cremation ...and a package of Daisies to plant. How beautiful is that?Thank you East Valley Medical Clinic. I appreciate the great work you did for me during such a difficult time. Thank you!The service was great, the price for the service was very low, I was quoted 3x more and would have paid it. I couldn't have asked for more. I am appreciative and recommend this establishment highly.
April 16 · SandraAll of the staff was amazing. I had to have my 14 year old dog euthanized due to cancer. They were very caring and made the experience as stress free as possible for us and our pet. We have used them for different reasons over the years and have always been satisfied. Love this clinic.
May 10 · J KretschmarI took my Chicken Nugget as an emergency. Drove all the way from LA on memorial day weekend and they took us in immediately. The staff was all so nice, the girls at the front desk Celeste didn't get the others names were always so helpful and communicated with me during and after my baby's stay. Dr. Hinz performed her surgery. She spoke with us before and after made us feel so welcomed bless her heart. They made the drive from LA worth it and comparing prices they were also more affordable again thank you to all the wonderful staff!
May 29 · Jennifer RiveraMy cat was acting very fidgety after escaping her leash and running into a cactus. I called and they said they could take her, and immediately took her in a room. Dr. Kim sedated her and pulled out 75 (!) thorns and spikes, some nearly in her eye. They ran additional tests to make sure everything was all good, and my cat came out her normal chirpy self. The entire process from check in to pick up was 1 hour, which I’m very very grateful for. The total cost was ~$1000, but I could’ve opted for just the exam+sedation+removal+meds which would’ve been ~$400. Very happy with the service, quickness, thoroughness, and transparency of the prices.Emergency care is expensive and can happen to any pet, remember to get pet insurance!
