Enfield Animal Hospital Reviews
We unfortunately had to transfer our dog to a different vet after going here for ten years with previous pets and our current dog after continually being given medication that causes seizures for our dog. Before covid there were other vets at this practice but now it appears only one vet remains and it no longer seems to be a good fit. While I don’t want to bash the staff and I am sure they are trying their best, there is a lack of friendliness and welcoming in this office and every time we are seen it feels we are treated in a condescending manner. Overall if you are looking for the best care for your furry family member I just cannot recommend this office. I wish them the best as they strive to give animals in the area better care and hope they can improve in their attitude towards owners and family members, because after reading other reviews it is clear my family is not alone in our struggle we’ve had with this practice.
Apr 01, 2025 · alyssa bennettIt was an easy appointment. I was just bringing in my 8 week old kitten to be checked out. They were great as always! I have two other cats, and I've never had anything but a great experience here.
Feb 10, 2024 · Michelle RypyscAbsolutely rude vet. Very condescending and downright disrespectful. Place has gone down the tubes. Run as fast as you can to any other vet !
Jun 30, 2025 · Helen busheyI had a really bad experience when I brought my cat into this clinic, it felt like they cared more about getting paid than actually helping her. They didn’t start treatment until after I paid, which was frustrating. I also got the vibe that they thought I couldn’t afford the service, which was super unprofessional. There was zero sympathy for my cat or me, and I’m honestly upset and disappointed by the whole experience. I’m wondering where all the good reviews come from because what I went through was far from it.
Aug 25, 2024 · Ngoc BachDr Lisa always takes good care of our two cavalier king Charles spaniels. We have been seeing her for 15 years. She is gentle and thorough and listens well to your concerns. The staff is friendly and helpful.
