★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Staff and Dr. Jill are always very kind, even with dogs like my youngest here who take a little extra patience. They took the time to make a little rain boot out of an IV bag to keep his bandages dry. Very haute couture 💅✨🐾 We’ve been with them for a couple years now. They’re a very honest and fair clinic; I’ve never felt any doctor recommended something that wasn’t in the best interest of my dogs. If you’re ever on a budget for a visit, be realistic but just be upfront about it and they’ll work with you as best as possible.
February 12 · Margaret BWe were recently welcomed with compassion by Dr. Amy Brewbaker and Vet Tech, Christian. Both professionals took time to genuinely listen to my concerns regarding my dog’s mysterious symptoms. Dr. Brewbaker complete a thorough exam to make an informed decision. I felt heard and acknowledged as the pet owner. After determining a diagnosis, she provided detailed information related to resources and developed a solid plan of care. It was a true reflection of collaborative care and kindness. Our sweet boy wasn’t just “treated;” he was cared for, loved, and healed. We are also grateful for the reception staff who always make sure we feel loved when we enter and exit. THANK YOU so much for listening to me and taking time to help our boy live his best life!
June 07 · J KRHoly schnitzel, folks! My 12-year-old German Shepherd, Aldo, has been acting like a retired Casanova lately—lots of barking, zero spark. We're talking full-on senior slump: he'd eye the lady dogs at the park like they were prime rib, but when push came to shove... The big I-word . I was heartbroken; Aldo was humiliated.Enter Dr. Gigliotti, the miracle worker with the touch. I hauled Aldo's mopey butt in spilling the beans about his "performance anxiety." Dr. G didn't laugh (okay, maybe a chuckle), but he got right to work: a thorough exam, some bloodwork, a prescription for what I can only call "doggie dynamite," and boom—Aldo was back in business! We're talking tail-wagging, hip-swaying, ready-to-romp energy. He chased a squirrel the other day with such vigor, I swear it blushed. Now, Aldo's strutting around like he's the stud of the neighborhood again. No more sad puppy eyes; just pure, unadulterated joy. If your furry friend is facing the dreaded "downward dog" dilemma, Dr. Gigliotti is the hero you need. 10/10—would recommend for any pup who's lost their mojo! If Dr. G only worked on humans... I would be his first patient.
August 19 · Brian JohnsonThis rating I’ve given is mostly due to one individual who works here. While I’ve had some similar issues as similarly stated by others in the reviews; pushy staff, lack of bedside manner’ and spoken to as an ignorant child. Sherrie is the biggest reason for a low rating. I’ve only dealt with her a handful of times, but most have been unpleasant. She has terrible customer service skills and the compassion of a rock. Always willing to argue with you about certain requests as happened today when asked if the doctor could come out to my vehicle for euthanasia as I wanted my dog to remain as comfortable as possible. I have spoken with a few staff members and have shared that she makes the job lifeless and is hard to be around. It’s time for her to find another job where peoples’ emotions aren’t a concern. As someone who worked as a tech for almost 10 years, I can say from an informed stance that she does not handle her job well.
April 19 · Robert EthridgeI work in a Veterinary Clinic in Matthews NC. My daughter is a client at Forest Hills. I was in the loop today to see her through a very difficult End Of Life Care for their elderly feline, Cheeto. I don't think I have ever felt so much empathy and humanity shown today as I did today for this family. Thank you , staff and Dr Paul. You went far and above anything I've ever experienced. Your clients are very fortunate.
