★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Words cannot express how grateful I am to the staff and Dr. Snow!!!!! From the first phone call after being referred all the way to our second post surgical follow up they have gone above and beyond helpful, communicative and supportive through the whole process. My dog was misdiagnosed and mistreated by a local vet and after a year and a half of going through the wringer and his health declining drastically we switched vets and were immediately referred . Destiny and Dr. Snow have been so involved in Mac”s journey and I am so gratefu. He had lost 3lbs and was down to 5lbs because he wasn’t able to eat and was not enjoying life. Since surgery he is back to his average weight and thriving! The day after surgery he was able to eat again!! I know that he has had years put back into his life! He is acting like a puppy again after a horrible year!! Anyone looking for dental assistance for their dog should call them immediately!!!! Mac is now on Dr all medications and his neatly look better all the way from his eyes to his coat he is the healthiest he has been in years!! I can never thank them enough for what they have fleone for my dog and I!!!!!!! I will post before and after pictures!!
March 06 · Mallory McCullarDr Snow saved my sweet girl’s life! I have to preface this by saying it did cost an absolute arm and a leg, but it was worth every penny for my baby Zoey to be okay. She’s been to innumerable vets and even had her tooth abscess “removed” by a different vet, but no one fixed her in the 6 months she was suffering. Hopefully I never need to come back, but the second either of my dogs needs dental work, I’ll call them. It was SO worth the piece of mind and I wish I had found them first rather than wasting my money at other useless vets. God bless this practice!!
February 13 · Ryleigh CookeI have never been more grateful for a procedure. My old cat passed away suddenly and when I got my most recent boy, Oslo, I was worried because my normal vet told me I may need to put him down due to severe stomatitis.I have never seen a cat's personality change as much as Oslo's. After a whole mouth exaction, he was a much happier and playful cat. It was expensive, but it was worth every penny. It made my cat's life so much better and I am incredibly thankful for that. The thought of the procedure was very stressful to me, but they communicated with me the entire time. He did so well with the food changes (although he likes hard food more now!) I understand not everyone may share the same experience, but I am thankful to have had a positive one. He's all gums but he is happy!
January 25 · IsabelWhat an amazing experience for such a stressful situation. From the communication, to the arrival room -top notch. My 13 year old lab mix fell suddenly very ill and was unable to open his mouth and had significant facial swelling. Saw my general vet who didn’t know what was wrong, then went to emergency vet at blue pearl who put him under sedation and still couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Dr. Snow was able to tell immediately he had 3 cracked teeth and it was infected. She extracted them that day and really saved my heart as I was fearing the worst for my best friend based on his age.Deztiny was also super sweet, great communicator and made me feel like he was in great hands during a tough day.Lastly, for the skill set required to do that extraction and education it took to get there, I really thought the cost was super fair. Cheers to you both.
June 09 · Zach WatsonDr Snow and her staff are wonderful, they took great care of my cat, Katsu, and you can tell they truly love animals there. It is a warm and inviting environment. They did a jaw procedure for my boy and he’s healed up greatly after his car accident. Thank you to Deztinee (vet tech) and Dr Snow for being so sweet to my cat! (Picture below is Katsu excited on his way to his check up with Dr Snow)
