★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Had our first appointment with our new dog and we had the most amazing experience. We were super nervous about this visit but it went smoother than we could imagine. Nicole and Dr. Jacobsen took the time to make sure our dog was comfortable during the vaccines and exams. If you are looking for a caring and compassionate vet, this place is it!!
July 19 · Abby AdamsDr. Jacobson saw our foster dog for Big Dogs Huge Paws rescue, and she was caring and compassionate. This Great Dane has issues meeting people and the whole staff were calm and he loved everyone!
June 12 · Robert TimmerbergTraveling from Denver back to NM w my Dukey who had a nail that was cutting his lil pad on his fat foot and had a 8 hr drive ahead and knew he was hurting and the weather was terrifying. Just needed help w trimming that ONE lil toenail so he would relax in the car. He freaks if I try to cut them, there were NO patients in the lobby, I saw at least 2 vet assistants in back chatting and getting ready to close. Offered $5 for them to just clip that 1 lil nail so it wouldn't cut his foot and the receptionist acted like I was crazy for thinking that they would even help my pup without an examination or a history of meeting the dog because "people don't just bring their dog's in here so we could trim their toe nails, so NO, she would not be able to do anything. Wag n Wash does that kind of thing down the road" !! She could have asked one of the assistants if they would mind clipping 1 nail but no, she did however talk about me to both of them as soon as I walked out the door And I could see the 3 ladies had a pleasant discussion about how someone could have the nerve to actually bring a dog into a vets office and ask them to help her dog before an 8hour drive in monsoon weather, because they all looked and laughed at us, rolling eyes, and shaking their heads at the front desk as we pulled away. She said NO, they couldn't help me, which I replied "well, you could help me but you just won't"! A true 💕 who loves and treats animals, wouldn't have been so rude and offensive. They would have taken 5mins from gossiping and clipped it and been happy to make the long ride back home less stressful for the dog. Went to wag n Wash or woof. The guy was awesome, didn't even hesitate. Took 5mins, and Dukey even got treats for the trip!! It takes nothing to be kind ladies, Do Better!
June 13 · Sher NizzleNothing short of amazing experiences here! Not only do we ADORE the staff, but all of our pets absolutely love them as well. Our pets initially saw and loved Dr. Wheaton regularly, and more recently we have been working with Dr. Woods for our special case kitty along with wellness checks for our other pets. Her tireless efforts combined with her genuine love and care for all of her patients has made her the best addition to the practice that we could ever hope for! We feel so lucky to have found not just one but now two incredible providers who prioritize quality over everything.Trust is never an issue here. Questions have never been left unanswered, treatment suggestions have never seemed unreasonable, and the all-around quality of care has been top-tier. Both Noel and Carmen make you feel welcome and comfortable right when you walk in, and all of our pets love Chris so much! I will forever continue to refer clients, friends, and even strangers to this practice. We can’t thank them enough!!
November 01 · Jena GosserTory was super helpful with our dog when we came in for vaccines! She is super knowledgeable and professional! Very welcoming and clean atmosphere! thank you!
