★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Excellent service, excellent team!!! The entire staff truly go above and beyond with each pet and their humans! I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!I have a 1.5 year old German Shepherd, working line dog, and we came to Dr. Donna & her team when he was about 5 or 6 months old.At around 9 weeks old, he did go to a different vet clinic, and I knew immediately that was not the vet for my dog. The best decision I made for my dog was to pull him from his previous animal clinic.Dr. Donna and her team have been the biggest blessing to us! Taking excellent care of my working dog & keeping him healthy. If you are looking for a vet, STOP! Call Dayton Vet Clinic today & schedule your appointment! You won't be disappointed!!!
June 09 · Pri JacVery kind, didn't turn us away even though they were booked. Wasn't sure if my kitten was gonna live and couldn't pay "emergency care" prices and couldn't find anyone affordable to take her in last minute. They had affordable prices and saved my little pumpkin, she is now a happy healthy kitty! ☺
January 13 · CANDYDr Hall and her team have always taken the best care of my dogs. Mr. Pickles doesn't love to go to the vet, but he certainly loves the people here. Some fantastic people here.
April 05 · DimebagDerekSBest vet around. I will be using this place from now on and you can't beat the prices. They actually sit with you and explain every possibility instead of just rushing you out of there and that is super appreciated. If you love your animal take them here. You won't regret it.
April 04 · Crystal ColeyFirst let me say that I would be giving this place only 1 star if it weren't for their good prices. We always take our dogs in for the heartworm test to start the chews and we take them and our cat in for rabies shots. We take care of boosters ourselves. If there were any health issues of course we'd take them in. This place doesn't demand a major first appointment that is overly priced. That is just about the only good thing about them. Now onto my complaint. About a year ago we brought in our 2 dogs and a cat for rabies shots. We had just moved to the area and were hoping to not have to make the 2 hour drive to dr bob in Alvin (if you're willing to make that drive it is 100% worth it and we will from here on out). So we looked this place up and found that while it has few reviews (there is a nearby dot that pops up when vets are searched, it's actually the same place) the others around the area had some not so good reviews. On our first visit, like I said for rabies shots, the assistants had my husband hold onto the cat while they took the temp and he got bit pretty bad. Every other vet I've ever been to handles the animals during the exam. My husband ended up in the ER twice in the following week for a blood infection from the cat bite. Then while taking temp and administering the rabies shot to one of our dogs one of the assistants decided she needed to inform us of an infection that could happen if our dog does not get fixed. Our dogs are both female. One is fixed because she was a breeder and we decided to stop breeding. The other dog is sterile. So why take the chance on complications from surgery. I thought it was interesting info to keep in mind. Instead of dropping it at that she grabbed a book to show us the infection. When that didn't get us to agree to fixing our dog she continued to harass us about it until we were all done and left. So here we are about a year later and it's time for rabies again. We brought our fixed female in a couple weeks ago, no problems. Today my husband brought in the unfixed female. From the moment the assistant walked into the exam room she started harassing him about getting our dog fixed. She pulled out the book again and basically told him the dog will die from the infection if she doesn't get fixed, an infection my dog does not have. This dog is old, nearing the max life expectancy for her breed. Besides old age slowing her down she is otherwise quite healthy and still has regular menstrual seasons with no indication of problems. Again, she is sterile. Why mess with what is ok? If your dog is not fixed, females at least, you will get harassed and threatened with the fear of your dog dying over and over again. The one assistant that does this is an older lady with light hair.
