I took my dog there and they said chewy will send me the medication for your dog heart problems in 2 days you will start the medication. The employee should send me an email to later be connected with the order number to chewy. They never sent to me or to chewy.any requirement of anything, and I had to call chewy to ask for the medication and chewy said it will take 2 days, already passed 2 days, Total I should wait 5 days to get my medications.I called asking the nurse for the tracking number and because I called the nurse, that is when they sent the order (2 days later). I said, find me whatever this medication could be ASAP. HEB had it and less price than chewy price. I could start this treatment 2 days before. To make it worst Instead of sending by fax the prescription to the pharmacy they want to me to pick it up and taking it to the pharmacy. Unprofessional 💯 never gave me a sorry or apologize for nothing, and when I asked to speak with the doctor they make me wait 45 minutes avoiding I would tell something to the doctor.

He and his staff were always very responsive, and as Major aged, they did not push treatments if they didn't feel it was warranted. Toward the end of our Major's life they were just a phonecall away. Dr. Bryant even met my husband after hours after our fur baby passed away yesterday. I will always remember their compassion and Dr. Bryant's kind words to my husband. It meant a lot at a time when we needed it most.
