4.0
We want to give our deepest thanks to Dr. Cathy Kreis and the entire team at Appalachian-New River Veterinary Associates. Over two days, we spent hours in an exam room searching for answers and, ultimately, saying goodbye to our sweet kitty Abigail. Through it all, Dr. Kreis, Savannah, Mel, Sarah, Tina, Ayla, Neva and the rest of the team treated Abigail with such kindness, love, and affection. Their care, understanding, and grace moved us beyond words.Saying goodbye was incredibly difficult, but knowing she was in the hands of people who truly cared brought comfort. The length of time you gifted us during both visits meant everything. We will always be grateful for the compassion you showed to Abigail and to us in her final days. Thank you for everything...Again, the time you gifted us with her...Thank you! - Cody Michael Henderson
