★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This particular office Temecula Town Center off Ynez is Awesome. I was not happy with the previous one. They do all they can to help you. The staff is awesome and very caring. They know how you feel. I luv this place!!!
August 24 · kathlene mHad a very urgent matter with my cat, was able to schedule a same-day appointment and get all the treatment needed. Tonya helped me at the front desk and was very empathetic when I got emotional, doctor Stark is the one who was taking care of my cat and was very gentle with her and very understanding of my distress. They offer a range of options when it comes to paying for treatment, one of them being a monthly subscription that includes bloodwork and other important procedures for helping your animal. It seems like it's mostly a team of women which also helped me to feel very comfortable coming here. Everyone was incredibly kind to me and my cat, as well they displayed much empathy towards our situation. They weren't trying to upsell or price gouge anything, it truly seemed like they just wanted to help my cat and would do anything they could to accommodate and get her the help she needed that day. Absolutely will be visiting here again!
August 14 · Relevant RantsA follow up appt should be 10.00 not 85.00. I don’t have that extra money so I don’t get to find out if my dog still has awful infection. Not cool.
July 29 · Wendy JacksonMy dog was having some extreme tummy issues that were scaring us and they got us in next day! My parents took her in, they let them know how long the appointment would take, what tests they were running and why, and were super super thorough in explaining what treatment my dog was getting and why. My little Luna is now doing super well!!
August 16 · elsa castanedaNormally don’t leave negative reviews but this place has consistently disappointed me and my family over the last year. We’ve had a health plan for our two cats with banfield for the past 6 years at a location in Texas and they were great! However, this location is a mess. Everytime we call for an appointment we’re put on hold for 20-40mins & there’s never any appointments available. They request we drop off our cats for appointments and we have done this twice before but they called for us to come get our cats because “they can’t treat them because our cat is too upset or stressed”. The alternative is for us to stay in a room with our pet while a doctor checks them out but they never have availability or just flat out say we can’t. It’s ridiculous that our pet is having a medical issue and they won’t even provide the services we’re paying them to do with our health plan. It seems to me that they are mismanaged, understaffed and probably underpaid which in turn affects the treatment of their patients/ owners.I can also see in the positive reviews that they are mostly dog owners, which is great for y’all and your pets. I’m glad the staff has empathy and understanding for dogs. I have noticed that the staff at this particular location is hesitant with cats and I feel that maybe their lack of knowledge or understanding of cats and their behavior is also affecting my pets treatment.Unfortunately we’re going to be canceling our plan and moving along to another pet hospital because this truly has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Do better.
