Hampshire Animal Hospital Reviews
This vet practice is top notch. They were very compassionate, reliable and professional. I'm glad I have a safe place to take my animals. My only advice is to make sure you're a existing customer. Otherwise the closest emergency vet as far as I know is winchester. This is a policy at most vet offices I have went to.
Jun 18, 2024 · Julie CaudillYesterday was my first ever visit. I went to the Romeny location. My neighbor caught a tiny feral kitten in a trap on Monday evening. I called Hampshire Animal Hospital/Hi-Rock Animal Hospital on Tuesday morning, hoping to get in quickly to have the baby checked out to make sure she was healthy. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and sweet and she was so kind to squeeze us in the very next day.On the appointent day, I called when I arrived in the parkinglot as instructed. They met me outside to get our new patient info almost immediately. I was then called inside for the exam within just minutes. I hardly had to wait at all.Once inside, I met both veterinarians, father and son. They were both very nice, professional, and they seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a thorough exam on my kitten, vaccinated her, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were quick but efficient and very kind to both the patient and the owner. I left feeling relieved and informed, and very happy with the visit.Thank you for the great service and experience! I look forward to many visits to come over the years.
Aug 01, 2024 · Cali Girl in WVGot my dog spayed and the owner said “bring her back in 2 weeks to my romney office to get stitches out” today makes 2 weeks and they are trying to make me drive an hour to the Rawlings office. They are liers, disrespectful as can be, and not reliable. I am changing vets. Highly do NOT recommend!
Mar 05, 2024 · Dylan BeltThey are only there 3 days a week at the Romney Location. You do have to call back if you don't get an answer right way. Once I did get ahold of someone I was able to bring my dog in pretty quickly to get checked out as he was having an issue. Was pleased with their service and professionalism.
Mar 21, 2022 · Kelly M (Kelly)Great veterinary that cares for your animals. Helps greatly with your concerns. Don't live near here anymore but since I still come to area several times a year, I will keep this doc for my doggie for all his regular needs. I just need another vet near me for emergency needs. Hampshire Animal Hospital is highly recommended!
