★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Our 9-year old Chocolate Lab Olivia had knee surgery three months ago, and we are so glad we found the Commack location for Olivia's physical therapy. Eileen, the PT therapist, is the best! Eileen is very knowledgeable and established a great rapport with Olivia, keeping her calm and reassured during her sessions of laser therapy, balance exercises, and water treadmill work. Fantastic! A big thank you to Eileen and Healing Hands 4 Paws!
June 18 · Dan QI highly recommend avoiding this place. The owners are more focused on making money than on your pet's well-being. I initially ignored some red flags, but after waiting over an hour for my consultation (even though I was the last appointment of the day and they told me to be on time), I started to see the problems. The owner's wife essentially pressured us into buying a package, and when I asked if we could start with just one session to see how my dog responded, she insisted it would be hard to get appointments and made us feel like we had no choice but to commit. Dr. Archer claimed our dog would never be the same but would improve, recommending 16 sessions (two per week for two months). We opted for 8 sessions, as 16 seemed excessive. After just five sessions, my dog was doing great—better than before. Her surgeon confirmed that she no longer needed physical therapy and could return to normal activities. When I asked for a refund for the three unused sessions (each costing over $100), I was told I would be reimbursed. However, it took over three weeks for Dr. Archer's wife to finally respond through her receptionist, only to say they wouldn’t issue a refund. In the end, they don’t care about your pet's health—they only care about your money. The only good thing that came out of this experience was meeting Eileen, who was amazing. She treated our dog like her own, and if you do decide to go here, I highly recommend ONLY booking with her. She’s extremely knowledgeable, punctual, compassionate, and truly cares about your pet!
March 17 · Gabrielle KassmanMy dog tore her ACL and is 12 years old and surgery wasn't an option. Dr Archer recommended a hero brace and 12 weeks of water therapy and laser treatment. She is doing so much better not 100% but has her life back. Everyone there from James to the women at the desk have been kind and friendly. I highly recommend Healing Hands 4Paws.
May 24 · Stacy MartellaNice service and extremely nice staff! My 14 yr old dog Kira is a long term client, and we are so happy about Kira's recovery. Kira went through double FHO last August, she was unable to stand, let alone walk. Dr. Archer prescribed laser therapy and hydrotherapy to Kira, we stayed on the program. Recently Kira was able to stand up to drink water, and walk a few steps wobbly. It is a happy moment for me. Love to see my fur baby making a positive progress. Dr. Archer and James are all very loving and caring person, Kira love that place.
June 30 · Jennie CThe entire team at Healing Hands 4 Paws is incredible and I would recommend them to anyone! My Labrador Retriever, Remington, really seemed to look forward to all of his sessions. Remington had surgery on an OCD lesion in his back left hock. With any sort of play or walk outside, he would be limping afterwards, but since starting and completing his treatments, I have noticed such a significant improvement in Remington and he is finally able to live the life of a dog again! When we would pull up to the Commack office, Remington would guide me right to the front door with so much pep in his step. The staff is wonderful. They are attentive, caring, and make both you and your pet feel comfortable during the whole process.Thankful to everyone at HH4P! We love you!
