★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Where do I even start with these amazing people… my sweet 9 year old Moose had to have a lipoma removed from her back leg. The doctor and staffs communication with me with what they thought, what needed to happen, what could happen if actions weren’t taken, and so on. After I brought my girl home from surgery, the first potty break blood started rushing out from the bandage, and I almost came apart. I called the vet and they again walked me through what they did in the surgery and that this could happen, BUT if I wanted to bring her back up there I could. And I did. It happened twice where we had to bring her up there and every time, yes it was a normal thing. They treated me and my fiancé with compassion and made sure before we left our concerns were addressed, and most importantly that Moose was taken care of. Even the follow up appointment the nurse made sure to ask about how she was doing after we had to bring her in 2 extra times. You can’t expect surgical procedures to always go perfectly smooth, that’s just not how it works. But these people will put their hearts into it to make sure they can do what they can for these animals. I recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect vet to care and love their pet like they do!
July 15 · Olivia KaufmanDr. Wallin and Dr. Rodriguez are the two most incredible vets that truly care about each of their patients. I drive all the way to Dahlonega from my home in south Forsyth for them to care for our fur babies. Their staff is so sweet. Pic of my baby girl they just spayed last month 💗
March 21 · Tabitha SheeterI have taken two of my dogs to Hemlock since they opened and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They helped me with my elderly chihuahua through her last years of her life. And more recently with my dog who is obsessed with eating things that should kill him. He’s still alive and well and that alone speaks volumes for their capability and knowledge in animals health. Thank you Hemlock for treating my dogs as your own.
March 04 · Laura RegisterHemlock is an absolutely wonderful vet office! I never feel like I’m being overcharged and they always go above and beyond to take care of all of my fur babies. I drive an hour still to bring my babies there after moving because of what great care they take! They did a limb removal surgery on one of my pups about 3 years ago and it saved her life! I trust them with everything and would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable vet!!
June 18 · Kaitlin WilsonA few years ago, I sent my dog for a cesarean section. We had some minor differences over the cost, so I stopped going. But I didn't leave any bad comments because I'm very grateful to them for taking care of my little dog. Today I called the store to ask them. I have a friend whose puppy needs a cesarean section today. I asked if they could do it. The answer they told me was yes. They knew where my friend had driven for half an hour. They told me that because of the issue with my account, they couldn't serve me, including my friend. Then why couldn't you inform us of this matter when my friend had already arrived? Besides, that little dog is about to give birth. As a pet hospital, shouldn't you put the life and safety of the puppy first?REPLY TO YOUR COMMENTS:1. How did I threaten you?2. You said this is my dog instead of my friends dog. I've already had an unhappy experience with you, why would I lie to you and come to you again?they have AKC ownership paper to shows that they own the dog. Are you able to be responsible for your speech?
