May 17, 2025 · Rachel RobinsonWe have been here before and had a bad experience with Dr. Emily BUT Dr.Taylor is and was amazing today with the our German shepherd when he ripped his stitches and needed staples. The receptionist were amazing at getting us in today right when it happened. I could not brag more about specifically, Dr. Taylor:)
May 09, 2025 · Emalee PhillipsSo refreshing to visit such a caring and compassionate practice. Every staff member and the dr were top notch. I’d give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could.
Jun 30, 2025 · Kristen DixonWhen the appt is more traumatic for your pet than their symptoms are then something is wrong. The vet on duty(not emily) showed no interest or interaction with our dog what's so ever then wondered why he was standoffish. Can't rate Emily because it wasn't her in office however it is her business. Animals respond to interaction a little compassion goes along way didn't see that from anyone on staff there.
Mar 20, 2025 · Angie BrooksDO NOT EVERRRR BRING A DOG HERE! came in for a appointment on my year old pit. he came in the doors just fine with us & everything was fine. we got into the room & the two ladies, one by the name of emily graham , came into the room. didn’t say anything to my dog , just snatched his leashed & tried pulling him. he started to freak out because they were strangers snatching my dog. i took the collar off my dog because they were chocking him. they added a smaller leash & snatched him up even harder where his eyes were bloodshot and he couldn’t breath. we had to stop the appointment & everything. then they smarted me off about my dog not being leashed trained when he came in & left just fine on a leash. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!
