★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I always feel like my cat is so well loved and taken care of at this practice. They have never made me wait more than 3 minutes to be taken into a room so she can get out and explore. She has been to other practices and acted very panicked and feral, but she is always happy to see the doctors and vet techs here and stays calm. It’s not inexpensive, but it isn’t too pricey either and they are great about outlining each expense for you. Also super easy to book an appointment usually within the same week! Can’t recommend enough!
June 23 · Leah ThomasOne of the vet techs who has allowed me the honor of fostering for her rescue works here. She is amazing. My resident dog who is highly nervous was recently injured, and Kendra could not have been more gracious with scheduling, assistance ushering us into the office, and putting my nervous dog, who was also in a great deal of pain, at ease. She also set me at ease with her clear explanation of my dog's injuries, by letting me know what to expect. My dog and three cats are my family, and their happiness and well being is my life. I always make sure to get them their wellness each year, but we have never really found a vet home. Thankfully through Kendra we finally have, and my heart is peaceful knowing my babies will finally have the consistent care they deserve as they move through life.
April 14 · Katherine MaddoxMy elderly dog is being treated for seizures which have increased . Dr. Hale and her staff are so compassionate. Dr Hale is very knowledgeable and she offered a good plan going forward. I’m grateful to have found this Intown Animal Hospital!
July 11 · Nancy LoweWe have been going to Dr. Carlson since August 2024. Our dog has been in the office numerous times with chronic UTIs and GI issues. First, the vet regretted to inform me that my dog tested positive for parasites in September of 2024. We only found this out after our dog was still having issues and decided to get a work up at a different vet end of October 2024. So, Meadow went almost two months with parasites due to negligence and his "staff forgetting to tell him".I still went back to vet out of the location convenience and the front desk staff is always really kind. At the start of the new year her symptoms got worse, our dog was still having UTIs and gaining weight although she has barely been eating. The staff did not seem to believe that she was not eating and were questioning her eating and exercise habits even though I have told them on multiple occasions she is not making it on full walks, sometimes refusing walks and on top of that not eating. If she made it to the park, she would immediately lay down, maybe get one fetch in and lay down. She was overall having low energy levels for a dog under the age of two and still dealing with idiopathic epilepsy. We went to the office on March 21 because of these symptoms above along with panting, lethargy, licking her area excessively. I was concerned for months something has been going on due to her behavior and wanted further testing. I asked for an ultrasound on this visit due to chronic UTIs and the fact that she was at a stage where she could have pyometra. Dr. Carlson said she is probably just getting older and slowing down and to wait until symptoms worsen for ultrasound. That weekend she got worse and was almost depressed.I am not sure how much worse they could have gotten over the last 8 months before he would plan on listening to my concerns as pet owner. Our dog is now getting her bile acid testing for liver and Cushing's Disease test completed at different vet who took time to go through her bloodwork and take her symptoms seriously. I would not trust this vet to listen to your concerns.
April 01 · Cameron ZapataBesides being a convenient location, the veterinary professionals at Intown are friendly, kind, thorough, and dedicated to providing excellent care for my Lucille and all the pets. They discuss care options and protocols and listen to my concerns.
