I am adding to this review after I saw a wonderful vet at Small Doors. They prescribed gabapentim just like city paws but city paws never told me nor put a sticker on the bottle that it needed to be refrigerated. Small doors was shocked and so was I. Please do not go to City Paws. They have really gone down hill and don’t care and that can be deadly!! I changed my review. I’m now giving you guys one star. Since June 15, I have been trying to get the vet and your office to change his prescription to a solution formula to inject in his ear. I have called you guys. I have emailed you all. I have talked to your staff and no one is doing anything. CVS pharmacist even called the refill in and no one responded. it’s not acceptable. It is June 27. Not acceptable to take two weeks to fix something. my Jackaroe has had this medicine before it’s in his chart in your computer and the fact that it was written incorrectly and it’s taking this long and I still have not heard anything from you guys. So I don’t recommend this place. Guess I gotta find a new vet. Thanks for making my furkid suffer!! Oh and I spent $650 with them and this is what we get! Sad!!!! - Pam Kelly
