Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I’ve been bringing my pets to Dr. Thomas’ office for years. I have tried other vet offices in the area and nobody compares. I always leave my visits feeling heard and know that my pets are receiving the absolute best care possible. If I ever have an emergency, the staff does a great job of trying to accommodate me same day. I will never go anywhere else for vet care for my pets. Thank you Jacksonville Vet Hospital. River and Ruby love you guys.
Jul 16, 2025 · Sara MitchellI can't say enough positive things about this Vet clinic. They helped us through a difficult time of allowing one of our pets to transition to the other side peacefully and pain free. They even took a mold of his paw, had him placed in a burial box nice and neat, were beyond so kind to myself and my children through our tears and even mailed us a sympathy card afterwards which meant so much to us. Thank you to this Vet staff - I will recommend this clinic every single day!!! Best in Jacksonville for sure!
Jul 15, 2025 · Sharla D 143We absolutely love and adore Dr. Thomas and her team of professionals! We will only go here for pet services. We rescued a puppy, had no records and this team set up a management plan to ensure we were all taken care of. We didn’t want to become involved with pet insurance scams again (previous family pet had passed and the insurance “company” still wouldn’t accept the death certificate to cancel the plan so it’s an ongoing dispute). Both locations for this clinic are excellent and very clean and the staff has such great love for animals. Prices are very reasonable, realistic. No fuss, which we appreciate. Very timely and courteous. Looking forward to each visit!
Jul 04, 2025 · Jessica SpeitelWe moved to J’ville in November. Yesterday, our 1.5 yo boxer pup was clearly in distress. We showed up without an appointment and Dr Flynn immediately took her/us in. They started treatment and then arranged for her transfer to an emergency hospital. Dr Flynn couldn’t have been more professional and compassionate. We so appreciate Dr. Flynn and the staff. PS. Our pup passed through no fault of the care she received. Hugs to the staff.
Mar 06, 2025 · Matthew HanlyExcellent veterinarian located near downtown Jacksonville. My pup and I have gone here for a few years now. Nice staff and accommodating staff. They regularly call when any shots or checkups are due. I highly recommend them!
