Jamestown Veterinary Hospital Reviews
Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a business owner. As a responsible pet parent to two huskies whom I treat like family, I expect a certain level of professionalism, respect, and care—none of which were demonstrated here. The owner’s behavior was unprofessional and lacking basic courtesy. If this is how they treat people, I can only imagine how pets are handled behind closed doors. I would never risk the wellbeing of my dogs in an environment where compassion and communication seem absent. I’ll continue to trust Banfield, where my pets are treated with genuine care and respect. For anyone who values their furry companions, I strongly recommend staying away from this facility.

May 12, 2025 · George HallDr. Trudy Wade is exceptionally warm, welcoming, caring and kind to animals and their owners! She's been patient and generous, taking the time to educate. I had an emergency situation with a contagious dog and she and Jill were accommodating and flexible with our circumstances, which I truly appreciate. She cares and it shows. I'm very grateful that I found this clinic.I just wish I had a primary care provider that I liked and trusted this much...
Oct 19, 2023 · Trinette RoseboroI’m heartbroken. I never imagined I would leave a place meant to care for animals feeling so shattered. From the moment I walked in, the owner’s attitude was shockingly cold and incredibly rude. I stood there stunned, watching one overwhelmed staff member running between the back and the counter while heartbreaking cries echoed from the dogs behind the scenes. The sounds were unbearable—pure distress. My chest tightened with every yelp and whimper. I stood there frozen, picturing my own dog back there, terrified and alone, and I nearly broke down right there. The hostility I witnessed made me fear what might be happening where no one could see. I left in tears, unable to hold it in any longer. No one should ever have to feel this way while trying to care for their pet. The lack of compassion, the anger in their tone, the complete disregard for both the animals and the people who love them… it was too much. I will never, ever come back. And if you love your pets like family, please—don’t take them here. No animal deserves this.
Jun 14, 2025 · Brenda RomeroI could not think of any other place I would trust to take care of my emotional support animal. But Dr. wade and staff Jill Parrish understand how much Karma is very important to and supports me during my emotional mental disabilities and psychical disabilities. and they help me to keep her very healthy .
