May 16, 2025 · Sokino VanstoryWorst Vet experience ever!!! Don't waste your money on a plan that they refuse to honor or stand behind! This place is a rip off! The techs and staff at check in lack customer service skills as well!
Jun 07, 2025 · Bev BrownDr. Trotter & the entire Banfield, Greensboro, NC hospital are simply amazing. I always feel like my little guy is in the best of hands and well taken care of during his visits. I know he doesn’t like them but he remains healthy because of all they do. And they always throughly explain things & do after visit check-ins ALWAYS! We love it here!
Jun 27, 2024 · Barron Chisolm-LucasBeware of this place they took my dog in late notice which I’m thankful for because she really was in need. I arrived checked in and immediately they began trying to sell me stuff giving me an estimate price. Front receptionist that assisted was amazing great spirit others not so much. Fast forward I get back to pick up my little fur baby and I was waited and passed in line by a number of people thinking this is out of the ordinary but nonetheless ok. I was then prompted to pay my bill which I had originally got estimated at 350 and then later told 440 to eventually get dropped down to 346(I’m a salesman nice up sale tactic) because I didn’t feel what they were charging was necessary they dropped it likely out of guilt. As I paid I thought nothing about my previous experiences at banfield on lawndale where service is exceptional. As I usually seen my animal first but this time was different they wanted me to pay first which was odd but ok. I pay and then they bring out my pet and she has a pinky nails sized mark on her nose like she had been in a fight. I asked the question what happened and the first attendee shrugged it off and continue to speed through the necessities of the appointment and tried to get me to focus on other parts of her body. So I leave out and continue to look at the mark on her nose out of disgust so I walk back in and ask another doctor to be told that she pooped in her kennel and the motion of her trying to push the poop away with her nose caused the burn mark on her nose essentially to the white meat on my beloved animal. Mind you my dog is not very willing to eat she is a sweet heart and has a bad virus and I feel that she has been forced in some manner to eat or do the things they’ve needed her to do and they were hiding it to assure I pay for the service after clear misconduct with my animal. Now my dog has a mark on her nose which was never there and will likely never look the same. I’m not very pleased and feel I was lied to to cover trail. Unfortunate to say but I will never do business at this location again. I need an official apology and refund for my babies damages
