Banfield Pet Hospital Reviews
Took my kitten here and left in tears at how badly we were treated. I wish I could give negative stars. First the vet tech (Charlotte) was extremely rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes at everything I said and asked “so what’s the concern” (my kitten was in a full splint…) as if she didn’t even bother to look at his chart. The vet came in and was dismissive and didn’t event want to change the splint or get x-rays. They said to get new x-rays of his paw with sedation (which is what the emergency vet suggested) it would cost $650 and they wouldn’t do it until the morning. When I asked them to replace his splint since his original splint got wet they were hesitant but agreed. They didn’t medicate my kitten at all and I could hear him screaming in the back as the vet techs laughed. When they brought him back to me they had given him a splint the size of his body that was taped to his fur (pictured) and came off not 2 minutes after they brought him back to me. On top of all of this the facility is filthy with hair all over the floor (pictured). Please do not come here it’s not worth it to receive subpar care and hear your baby crying in the back.
Feb 05, 2025 · Sarah BrammVery impressed with the level of care beginning with the vet technician to the vet herself. They listened to what our reason for visiting their clinic was right down to what seemed to help or not help our furangels! The vet came up with a plan to help our babies and even asked we call her on Sunday to update her on their progress. Amazing to have the opportunity to work with a vet who's allergic to pet dander but who's priority was taking care of our angels. Highly recommend for your pets and their needs.
Jun 20, 2025 · Katherine MoranMy family has been taking our cats and dogs to this location for almost 10 years. Staff are always helpful and polite, and really invested into getting to know and care for their patients. Facility is tidy and welcoming. Services are priced competitively; even better with an Optimum Wellness Plan (practically pays for itself twice over after all in-plan benefits are fully taken advantage of). 10/10 recommend this Banfield location.
May 02, 2025 · Spams deliciousI am writing this review specifically for Dr Lee. Most of the veterinarians I have seen have been good but Dr. Lee has been the best by far. She takes time to listen and explains situations very well and detailed. We are facing some difficult decisions with our dog and she has been so understanding and is assisting every step of the way with information and decision making. Very appreciative!
