Dr Cooke is excellent as is all of the staff. My dog was absolutely mauled by another dog and after taking him to VCA in Concord NH for emergency care we brought him here days later for a follow up and to have a drain removed.Very caring staff here.

The staff at Keep Em' Healthy have been great with all our dogs! They have helped with some pretty intense things we've gone through such as a dog with IMPA, another dog with anxiety and aggression as well as having torn 2 ACLs (the surgery was not done there but all follow care was. Highly recommended!!! Our dogs thank you!!

The staff and Dr. Cooke go above and beyond to take THE BEST care of all my pets. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They care for my cats and dog like they are their own. They are dedicated to the highest quality of veterinary medicine.

I have a very nervous dog, but they are very good with him and are very patient. We had a few different vets before we went here and he was so traumatized by one that it was hard to find another. I now bring all my pets here and would recommend the same to anyone else!

I’ve thought for a long time if I wanted to write this, and decided that yes, yes, I do. I used to take all of my pets there, and now I’m feel like that was a mistake. A few years ago, I took one of my cats for a routine spay, and they were supposed to also remove her umbilical hernia. However, when I picked her up and asked about it, they were visibly confused. I had talked to one vet who used to be there (he was the only reason I still went there at the time), and the other vet, Cooke, was the one who actually did the surgery. I was rightfully angry but decided to leave it there and just not go back. Also, my female cat kept going into heat even after her spay. I asked them, but they told me “That just happens sometimes”. Come down the road to a while later after I’ve moved and my new vet goes in to remove the umbilical hernia. Cost me a mini fortune because now it was deemed “repair work” to go in there and see if anything had gone wrong during the spay. They were at most expecting a follicle. They found THE ENTIRE LEFT OVARY STILL IN THERE. I was furious when I was informed of this. Do you not know how to count? One ovary, ah ah ah…DONE! For the fact that you guys managed to botch one of the most basic veterinary procedures and are still somehow in business astounds me. Don’t take your pets here. My mother was taking her cat here until about a year and a half ago when I finally convinced her to switch. They kept pushing more products and stuff onto her, when it was clear it was not benefiting the cat, but making her worse. When asked about if it could be the medication, they said on no something else must be wrong. New vet was astounded and immediately took my mom’s cat off the medication and it went away. Turns out the side effects aren’t super common but are pretty well known for the medication. But yeah, I’m ending my rant here because I’ll keep going. Just, don’t take your pets here. Anywhere is better than here.
