Kingsport Veterinary Hospital Reviews
I never thought I’d be writing this, but after spending over $10,000 at Kingsport Animal Hospital in less than two years, I’ve just been told I need to find a new vet—for my own pets! All because I had the nerve to complain about the receptionist—twice. That’s it. Not a long history of issues, just two times I spoke up about rude or dismissive treatment, and now I’m out.Let me be clear: Dr. Nash and Dr. Danielle are fantastic. They genuinely care about the animals, and my fur babies always felt comfortable with them. I’m heartbroken that I’ll have to say goodbye to doctors who actually gave me peace of mind. But apparently, if you leave honest feedback at this hospital, you’ll be punished for it.I can’t believe I spent that much money here, only to be tossed aside for daring to voice concerns about one staff member. If you’re thinking about leaving a review or speaking up when something isn’t right, be careful. The doctors are great, but the front desk is another story—and management will absolutely retaliate against clients who aren’t 100% silent. I’m devastated, and my pets will be, too.
Jun 20, 2025 · liz traumaI want to start by saying this office has been the best to my fur babies. Poncho loves going to see Dr Nash or whomever is seeing him. They explain everything and don't do unnecessary test without discussing it with me. Love them!!!
Jul 01, 2025 · Tammy AshworthKingsport Vet, Dr. Nash, and her staff serve this area with the absolute best care around! Dr. Nash showed so much compassion and kindness to my 20 year old dog (and me) when we had to put down. My husband and I recently got a new puppy and we’ve taken him for his first shots and check ups to Dr. Nash. He loves going and they are so good with him. I trust them completely and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Feb 22, 2025 · Joselin ZehringOwning a pet requires a great deal of love and patience. When choosing a vet, I wanted someone to show the same love and patience to my Emerson. Dr. Tiffany Nash, Brittany, and the other techs did just that. Dr. Nash goes above and beyond what is necessary to give my aging and ailing dog the best care possible, exhausting every option. I am so thankful and blessed to have the personnel at Kingsport Animal Hospital taking care of my baby.
