★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this vet I was going there to get treatment for my senior cat who has CKD my cat was being treated by Dr.Marisa Panozzo I was there several times in a month and I had an appointment to come back for a second blood draw to check my cats anemia level and this time there was a different girl a very large Hispanic girl so called technician grabbed my cat and manhandled my cat so roughly that I made her stop my cat was screaming out in pain and the doctor did not say anything to the girl! My cat was traumatized by the incident I noticed that my cat wasn't urinating when I got home 32 hours later I brought her back and told Dr.Kragness about my cats problem he told me he never seen a problem like this in a female cat and I need to go to a emergency veterinarian so I went straight to the nearest emergency veterinarian and the did x-rays, ultrasound, urinary culture, etc cost me over $800.00 and could not find a cause I explained what happened to her at Kregness animal hospital they told me that the trauma would cause her not to be able to urinate after about 8-9 days after her body healed she was back to urinating normally. This stress on me and my cat was totally uncalled for and should have never ever have happened so if they would do this type of treatment to my animal in front of me what would they do if I hadn't stopped them? I also pointed out the girl and told her and Dr.Kragness what she had done I wasn't able to see Dr.Marisa Panozzoor I would have definitely gave her a piece of my mind and I blame her because she should know not to let someone handle a animal in the manner she did and never spoke out to the girl as if she were afraid! They are extremely overpriced and to treat your animal like this I wouldn't except this treatment if it were free! Please don't message me back saying you are sorry this should have absolutely never had happened!!!
