Laurel Pet Hospital: Seoud Moustafa T DVM Reviews
Was a customer for many years, but the quality of care has deteriorated to the point of it being unusable. About a year ago, it took almost a week to get a prescription for a flea medication as they couldn’t or were unwilling to send it to my preferred pharmacy after a wellness appointment. Eventually I had to drive across town to get a physical prescription.Fast forward a year trying to get a refill on the prescription as my dog has developed a severe itch. Leave a voicemail don’t receive a call back. Have to call 24hrs later to find out they can’t give me a prescription without a check up and have no immediate appointments. Can’t even give me the prescription with an appointment on the books. Best they can offer is a cancellation appointment. Meanwhile my dog continues to itch. These guys used to be great, when I call them out on the declining service they blame covid. I will be looking for a new animal hospital.EDIT: just got my docs from them to move him to a new hospital. Turns out to add insult to injury he was within the year necessary to get the prescription. These guys are the worst, had to drive out to Woodland Hills to the only pet urgent care that could see him.
Nov 21, 2021 · Sam SpencerI went here and they took very good care of my cat until his passing. I had him euthanized here yesterday because he was suffering from aggressive cancer in his mouth. They are very compassionate here and really care about animals. I will be adopting a pet from here as well. I will not go to any other pet hospital except for this one.
