★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I woke up the other morning to find my 8-year-old Doberman, Cyrus, very ill. He was lethargic, vomiting, coughing, and running a 105° fever. In a complete panic, I called Lebanon Veterinary Clinic, and within 30 minutes they had him in their care. From the moment my family and I arrived — all of us in tears and terrified for our beloved boy — the staff treated us with genuine compassion and understanding. They immediately brought us to a room, and both Lexie and Dr. Maddux came in without delay. They carefully examined Cyrus, walked us through a treatment plan, and with honesty and kindness, gently prepared us for all possible outcomes, including the difficult decision we might have to face given his age.Dr. Maddux was upfront about pricing, which we sincerely appreciated during such a stressful time, understanding that it can be a concern for families in crisis. Over the next two days, Cyrus remained in their care, and I received regular texts and phone calls from both Dr. Maddux and her team, keeping us updated and reassured every step of the way. Thanks to their incredible care and dedication, our sweet boy is now on the mend and coming home. I cannot recommend Lebanon Veterinary Clinic highly enough, nor can I thank them enough for the compassion and professionalism they showed to both our family and our beloved Cyrus. We are forever grateful. June 17 · Raelene Weaver
- Our horses love Dr. Maddux and her assistant Lexi. Lebanon Veterinary Clinic always provides excellent, honest care. They truly care about the animals. August 22 · Melissa Hartman
- Incredibly compassionate and kind team. They found a way to get us in when even our regular vet couldn't. Their warmth and empathy helped bring comfort during an otherwise heartbreaking experience. Will be switching from our primary vet to here. May 19 · Katya Newberry
- I have a hairless cat they went from not being able to figure out what a sphynx is to telling me the cat I’ve had since 6 months old that is papered ISNT EVEN A SPHYNX because she’s torti colored. Paid $500 for them to tell me they don’t know she has a high white blood cell count they’ll treat with a random antibiotic (because they don’t know what’s wrong with her) when they should’ve done more testing at least. After that and seeing I wasn’t on the same page cuz ik my cats pure bred He also tried to tell me she had a parasite that was making her hair fall out like boy please go back to school I’m not even a vet and I know there’s no parasite that attacks hair follicles. Please take your babies elsewhere for the best possible treatment this was so upsetting weeks of ongoing nonsense n hundreds of dollars spent just to switch vets and find out how wrong it they’ve been the whole time😭💔 June 20 · Nic Marler
- This vet is phenomenal from start to finish.I was traveling into Lebanon to honor the Feast of Passover with Parable of the Vineyard (on YouTube) and I brought my “ol lady” Chicken (cat) camping with me because she was disabled, her back legs were giving out and she had a open flesh hole in her hip. I brought her here to diagnose her condition, unfortunately the news was she had bone cancer. Long story short we had to make the hard decision to put her down. As hard as this process was the staff’s love and patience with chicken and us gave us the comfort we desperately needed. We got our kitty cremated and sent to us, their card was absolutely touching, bringing my sister and I to tears, her wooded box reflected chickens soft soul perfectly- beautiful. Lastly and most touching was the imprints the staff did of my little chicky’s nose and paws, my heart was torn all over again. Now we have a piece of my baby with us framed, always remembered, never forgotten.Absolutely meaningful.Thank you and Yah Bless you all! May 15 · Rosalie Hernandez
