Los Gatos Dog & Cat Hospital Reviews
We love all the staff, especially Dr. Pachorek and Dr. Giddings. We have been coming to the practice since before Dr Frandle bought it. We have brought at least 8 dogs here and have never been disappointed in the level of care they have provided.
Jun 24, 2025 · Sue CThe staff is always so friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Owning a Frenchie (a bit of a high maintenance dog :) its reassuring to know we have a vet we can depend on.
Jul 15, 2025 · Julie MitchellI’ve been taking my pets here for over 35 years. Will not even consider taking them anywhere else. Up to date medical experience, equipment and care. Associates are extremely knowledgeable and very very compassionateMargie Chiechi
Sep 22, 2022 · Margie ChiechiMy dog Butch has been a patient here for about 4 years. It had been a great experience with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff until recently when Butch had a dental surgery. Butch needed 2 extractions and the doctor couldn’t perform them and sent us to a specialist. The doctor only cleaned Butch’s teeth. I understand that removing dog back molars can be difficult and I was ok with the recommendation to see a specialist. But I was very concerned the state Butch was in when I picked him up after the procedure. He was unresponsive and couldn’t walk. I had to carry him and at home I kept on checking whether he was breathing. On the next day he was still very subdued and barely walking. Butch had dental procedure before in a different clinic and he was completely fine afterwards. So I thought maybe he’s so bad because he’s older now. I was very worried for Butch to have his extractions - much bigger procedure with the specialist. The specialist extracted 3 teeth. When I went to pick him up he was walking around the office with an employee and he ran to me wagging his tail very hard. Then he happily walked outside and jumped to the car. I was shocked and happy of course. I don’t know what happened at Los Gatos, whether they did something wrong with general anesthesia.
