The Whole Pet Vet Hospital and Wellness Center Reviews
I just moved to the area, I come from a rural community. My Vet there is very personal and knows my dogs well, I had some concern getting to know a new Doctor. Dr. Landeen sat with my little dog for quite a bit before beginning the examination. I am also a fear free pet groomer so I appreciated her giving Piper personal attention before the hands on. She also listened to me, and was receptive to the information I had to give. She was thorough and gave me direct and concise communication about my tiny dogs needs. She has some medical issues that can turn critical very quickly, so having such a comprehensive exam meant a lot to me. Doing so with care for Piper's fear was top notch. This clinic came highly recommended and now I know why. I look forward to getting to know the staff there, and knowing my dogs will get the care and concern they get from me. As a pet pro I feel confident in the care they will receive. Piper says thank you guys!!
Jan 29, 2025 · Mary KniskernI've been taking my dogs to the Whole Pet Vet from very early in the establishment of the practice. The team is very knowledgeable and fantastic with sports dogs. My most recent dog was diagnosed early in her life with hip and elbow dysplasia. She's not the easiest dog to examine and handle. I guess I wouldn't like poking and prodding either if I was dealing with chronic pain. The staff has been so kind and understanding with her. The practice follows the protocols for fear free pet handling bearing their own personal safety in mind. As a result, we've been able to provide my not so easy to examine dog with a lot of therapeutic interventions to manage her dysplasia. The practice integrates a number of advanced modalities into her care ranging from pharmaceuticals, stem cell therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage therapy. The team of professionals has served her well and given her the ability to move as pain free as possible to enjoy and perform at the highest levels of a variety of scentwork sports.

Mar 27, 2024 · Hong Ha NguyenWe have been taking the dogs and cats to WPV for years. They have a wonderful office staff and the vets are the best I have ever had. Dr Wheeler sees the boys, Chip and Cooper, havanese and bichon since they were puppies. Dr Lee deals with the kitties and has been taking care of them for 10 yrs. I can’t say enough about all of the vets in the office. They are all wonderful and do everything possible to keep everyone health. You can’t go wrong if you take your pet to them.
Jul 21, 2021 · Sue PetersenWe see Dr Lee for integrative holistic care and we absolutely adore her. She is sharp and knowledgeable. However there are serious communication deficits within the administrative staff. I won’t go into all of it, but every interaction I have had with them has left me scratching my head. After lack of communication regarding some fairly large issues:We found out weeks after our first appointment that they do not have an on site acupuncturist, which is the only reason we moved our dog’s care to them. The Dr told us they’d reach out to schedule acupuncture and long story short that never happened and I subsequently learned we’d have to find our own acupuncturist.Similar story with the chiro, who is on leave until mid/end of October.Issues with getting supplements we are prescribed and not being given enough to last to get more sent to us before we run out.Administrative people not talking to each other or following up with clients. The office manager called me to “listen to all of my concerns”.. which lasted exactly 8 minutes, with her talking for the first 6 and ended with her yelling at me after my first point and my having to end the call mid yell.I don’t understand when it became a thing to be defensive and yell at clients who they call to discern what issues the business is having.
