MetroPet Veterinary Clinic Reviews
I am so disappointed in this place, I typically bring all my animals here, my guinea pig and dogs. But what they are charging me is absurd, I paid 475$ for two golden retrievers who had excessive ear wax just for them to tell me to bring them in again in two weeks which would’ve then cost me a lot again. My dogs still have the excessive ear wax nothing was solved now they tell me to bring them again for another test, no one has money to just be giving away and nothing be solved. I am so angry that I have to find another vet!
Jun 09, 2025 · Jashley ThenI'm from Brunswick needed GREAT vet for our Dogsfound Metropet. Metropet is truly 100% pet place I have never felt more comfortable experience that includes unfortunately when we made hard decision to say goodbye to our dog. Highly recommend metropet
Jul 27, 2022 · Savin' Gracei’ve been seeing this vet for about 7 years now! they’ve had a rough past 2 years with their vet being out and covid, but they always make sure my pets are taken care of! i live in brookpark and a still bring my ferrets and cat here. They always make sure they aren’t missing anything with my pets and have helped my ferrets multiple times as well as Metropolitan pet hospital incase of a late night emergency. If you have exotic pets or pets who have health issues a lot this vet is a good place to go to have specialized treatment. The hours are tricky but that’s why if i have an emergency i go to metropolitan or barberton vet hospital. (also amazing places)My mothers dog also had cancer, there wasn’t much we could do other than sedation but in her last weeks metro made sure to give us medicine to keep her comfortable which was very kind.Plus the vet techs are so kind and love seeing my ferrets and cat, i trust them alone with my pets.
Mar 15, 2024 · lindz delphineWe found a tiny sick kitten and needed to get him in asap. MetroPet was able to get Sam in and treated him immediately. A few months later, and you would never know how little and sickly he was. It's still curbside at this time, and he needed some treatment this last visit, so the vet emailed me a long detailed letter on what to do. They called today to check on him and see how he is doing. I know that even though I'm not in the room, they treat him as if I am. I recommend MetroPet to anyone.
Jun 08, 2023 · Marie JockeThese are some of the most caring people I've ever met in my life, period. When it comes to my animal care I will never go anywhere else, they are always willing to work with me on treatment plans and take care of my babies from my rabbit to my German shepherd and every critter in between, they have always given us the absolute best care. I can't thank the staff enough for helping my rabbit be comfortable in her final days and taking extra care for my dogs ear infections, to checking my chinchilla babies with the most gentle of care. They are so worth the drive if you aren't close, make your appointment today to get your babies established here.
