She is very good at dealing with and handling one of my cats who is VERY bad but adorable (AKA Murder Mittens Monroe.) He always looks so amazing after his groom!! Jun 22, 2025 · Regina CrumThis cat Hospital is a best kept secret in Owings Mills. Dr. Siegel is a hands on , relatable, excellent veterinarian. She has treated at least three of my cats over many years. She will also make.house calls like a country doctor. She is very good at what she does. Her demeanor is calm, and she puts you at ease.
Jan 14, 2025 · Valerie RickettsA big thank you to Dr.Siegal and staff for allowing me to bring Callie a feral cat I had been feeding for 6 years right in on a Sunday. She had not been feeling well and was having a hard time breathing. Although she was not going to get any better I still appreciated the chance to get her medical attention quickly.
Mar 16, 2025 · Dawn Mynaugh*****************Don’t waste your time with this place *******From the moment I called she ask if I asked to call other places & said they have no appointments today or tomorrow, which I totally understand.I told her we’ve called everywhere & when she asked where I lived she was rude saying wow that’s really far. Then she went on an aggressive monologue just “AMAZED” how our perfectly healthy cat we don’t bring her in for vaccines and check ups every year & judging not knowing the real situation behind her judgements. She then keeping her attitude started listing all kinds of expenses and vaccines and testing in order to see her, without even give us a chance to move forward with the appointment & being very rude trying to keep us from making an appointment. I said I understand but she doesn’t need to be rude and she said that *she does has an attitude* expressing she doesn’t like people who don’t take good care of their pets* when actually take great care like I said •not knowing btw that we just got our cat•, but her judgement took over and she judge us based on nothing and or her own assumptions . She was also rude just because we hadn’t been there before (first time clients). proceeding saying she was going to hang up, for being bad owners (judging) not knowing the situation.A loyal customer from this place highly recommended it to us, that’s why we decided to give a call but sadly we had a terrible customer service over the phone, the vets might be good but ***SONIA**** Is a very horrible, rude, extremely judgmental customer service person.
Nov 11, 2024 · Monica B (Monica B)We have been bringing two of our three cats here for a number of years and I like that the practice is cat focused. Other places we have gone over the years were not that way and I felt that those vets were not as well trained in cat issues vs. dogs. I feel that we get excellent care here and we are never rushed and our questions & concerns are always addressed. We have recommended this vet to a number of friends and they find the care very good too. Will continue to use this vet.
