May 20 · Debra WillisLet me start by saying this was one of the most unprofessional and off-putting experiences I’ve had with any business — ever. From the very first second the phone was answered, the tone was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in the basic respect a paying customer deserves. I called asking for a price on a full vaccine series for my dog, and instead of getting a straightforward answer, I was met with confusion and sarcasm: “What is a full set?”Seriously? You work with animals and don’t know what that means? That alone was a red flag. But unfortunately, I continued — mistake number one. After I explained what I meant, I was asked about my dog’s breed. I answered, only to be hit with “Okay, so a mutt?”Excuse me? The casual disrespect was loud and clear. When I politely said, “Well, I don’t call him that,” I was met with a dismissive “Oh, okay…well.”At this point, I absolutely should’ve hung up, but I needed information — so I stayed on the line. Mistake number two.It gets worse. After asking my dog’s age, she then follows up with, “When you bought this dog, you didn’t get any kind of shot records?”What does that have to do with the reason I called? I specifically asked for a price and service information — not an interrogation, not judgment, and definitely not attitude.Let me make this clear: if this is how you speak to people over the phone — people who are trusting you with their pets — I would hate to see how you treat the animals. This entire interaction reeked of unprofessionalism, a lack of empathy, and honestly, a nasty attitude that has no place in any pet care setting. If the person who answered the phone is any reflection of the business, then the company needs a serious reality check. This call left a bad taste in my mouth, and I wouldn’t trust this place with a goldfish, let alone my dog. This isn’t just a bad customer service moment — this is a branding problem. Because if this is how staff are treating people without even knowing who’s on the other end, you’re not just losing customers — you’re damaging your reputation with every call.Shame on me for giving a place with 3 stars a chance.0/10 — do better. And to anyone reading: take your pet somewhere that actually deserves your trust
June 07 · Corbin WallaceThe best! Been traveling 1 hr each way, first for my birds, and now for my guinea pig, for over 25 years! Caring, compassionate, friendly, and expert care! You will not be disappointed, imho! They meet my needs, answer my questions, address my concerns, and provide excellent care for my pets!
June 10 · I PeryAfter taking time to reflect, I want to share how disappointed we were with the care our dog received during his final weeks. We voiced serious concerns about sudden changes in his appetite and behavior, but those concerns were largely dismissed. While some testing was done, we received little follow-up or explanation. Instead, we were sent home with expensive food and a difficult-to-use medication—without clear communication about costs or expected outcomes. I only found out about the unexpected charges after calling the office myself.More troubling, we later learned—through our own research—that the symptoms our dog experienced are a known side effect of a medication he had been receiving. This possibility was never even mentioned by the veterinary team, despite being a likely explanation. We were left to connect the dots ourselves while our dog’s condition worsened. We were also met with poor communication when trying to get basic information like an itemized receipt or a copy of his lab results, both of which took multiple follow-ups.We were faced with unnecessary expenses and no real answers. Overall, the experience left us feeling unheard, unsupported, and deeply disappointed during a very emotional time. I hope this practice takes feedback like this seriously—pet owners deserve compassionate, thorough, and responsive care when it matters most.
May 09 · Blair WilliamsVery nice personnel, amazing doctor who did eye surgery on our dog last February. Reasonable prices. Plan for your appointments ahead of time because they get booked fast, and be on time!I also appreciate an extra waiting room, smaller quiet space for my dog, he is a big boy and gets excited easily, we sit a little further away from other visitors so they don’t get scared.
