August 27 · Michelle GrimesI am a family doctor and know how challenging it can be to avoid corporation of medical practice these days. I was wondering if it would be even possible to find a community vet practice for my sweet newly adopted dog.Dr Shepherd and his staff were everything I had hoped for.Good humans, kind, experienced, smart, and practical advice. Now my dog Mac doesnt need to hide from us when it is time to go to the doctor. Yay!
January 14 · Dwana BushDr Shepherd and Dr Laketa are very thorough and listen to every concern I have! Their staff are the kindest, smartest, most wonderful team! Kerry at the front is on top of scheduling and works with you to find the best time and calls to remind you! Palmer is so helpful with my dogs, especially when my pit needs his nails trimmed! And Jane, the lady has incredible people skills! She can make complex (meaning multi dogs, multi meds, multi meds) med dosages and schedules easy to understand and has a great memory for when you call and forget! These people love animals and helping you as a pet parent feel heard and at ease are their first priority. They also will listen about your budget and work with you without making you feel judged.
January 19 · Sterling EWe love Dr Shepherd, Jane, Nicole and everyone working here. They have experience beyond just running tests and diagnosing. Dr Shepherd explains the pros and cons of different corrective steps, including what he has seen in his expansive career likely to be the best route of care, always considering costs so you and he can make the best decision for you and your pet. We now use them for all our boarding as well. We can't imagine going anywhere else. You will not go wrong with this team!!
