Northpaws has a great setup for these troublung times. Call when get there, they ask a few questions, they come out and get your pet and any note you may have for the vet, the vet calls you to review your concerns and findings of their examination. When all done will call for billing information then bring your pet out to your car. Very smooth. I love how carjng all the staff are to your pet and you also. Recommend to all pet owners.
Dec 17, 2020 · Patricia FruehwirthI am very disappointed in this office. About 10 years ago they use to be great but now Is a completely different story. I live about 5 mins from this location so it is very convenient but I now opt to drive 1 hour to Tufts because they are much more companionate and accommodating. Tonight I called concerned about my cat who has not eaten in about 24 hours and has been vomiting clear liquids. The receptionist said this sounds like signs of a blockage but they could not see me because they are at capacity. The last I checked this is a life threatening issue and they told me to call the animal hospital in Mass and see if they can help. No problem of course I will call elsewhere and I will never take my cats back to this hospital again.
Apr 06, 2021 · Tracy FerreiraCan't say enough great things about this place. This past weekend our Cat Bella was not feeling great thankfully we had a scheduled appointment already as she was fighting a possible pyometra diagnosed by a different Vet. When we arrived the process was seamless and well run. After 15 minutes a very friendly Vet called me and felt she needed surgery that day and thought pyometra was attributed to her teeth being in a bad state. They said we can juggle a few things and get it all done today so we went ahead with surgery. A few hours later get a cal from surgeon with details of her surgery and her recovery. She was not bouncing back as they thought she should and suggested we bring her to OSVS. We now after 2 nights at OSVS have her home she seems like her old self and I attribute that to NPVS doing a great job with a 13 year old cat and really showing some genuine concern. I will be a client from now on. I highly recommend this Practice.
Dec 31, 2020 · Mike KIt’s been 3 weeks since I had to put my little dog down at Northpaws. What I can’t get out of my head is that the last cognitive moment my baby had was pain and fear. The doctor did not wait for the assistant to get my dog into position for the first shot...she just stabbed the needle into my dog’s back, causing her to scream and then she got scared and tried to bite me when I went to hold her. Thanks for ruining my final moment with my little baby dog. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but the care has gotten less compassionate. I’m done with them!
Oct 03, 2020 · Cathy SeymourThis place has such a nice and very caring staff! They are open later than any other vet i know which really helps out too. I'd recommend this vet to anyone!
