My two dogs have been coming here since we came to Portland. Prices are fair and they always do a great job with their exams and services. I like that they are easy to schedule an appointment with, always follow-up with test results, send reminders about appointments via email and text, and send a copy of your invoice after your visit. We have seen Dr. Prull a number of times and have observed that she is thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. She did an amazing job with my dog's recent dental cleaning. I highly recommend NW Veterinary Hospital!

I cannot say enough good things about NW Neighborhood Veterinary Hospital - they are the absolute best. The front desk always promptly answers calls/emails/texts and are so kind, the vet techs are all so gentle and treat your pet like their own and the doctors are all kind, patient, and so thoughtful with their care. We have worked with Sydney and Dr. Lambruschi the most, but have interacted with multiple members of the team and they are all wonderful. As first time dog owners we have had lots of questions and the team is so thoughtful at providing answers and care tips without unnecessary visits or charges. An example of them going above and beyond was last night we called right before close on a Friday as our pup had some post-surgery symptoms - the team promptly reviewed everything, provided us with recommendations over the phone and reassured our concerns before the weekend - we were so grateful. Thank you all for everything you do 💕🐾

Dr. Hook and fellow staff were incredible with my husky. He is normally very particular but seemed to take to them right away. They even laid out a little blanket for him to feel safe during the appointment.The appointment itself was also really helpful. My pup is facing the end of his fight with cancer and Dr. Hook took the time to review his entire file and discuss all the ins and outs of what to expect moving forward. At one point it literally felt like she was reading my mind.I am truly grateful for their veterinary expertise, professionalism, and overall compassion. Thank you all

We switched because we desperately needed a vet that would listen to us. The experience we've had is amazing and so much different than the last vet. Slightly, more expensive but a whole lot fewer visits, it's all in their attention to detail and amazing backup. We have never waited more than three minutes to be in an exam room. Doctor Neil even called us at 7 o'clock at night,just to check if our dog was feeling better. The ladies at the front desk are also amazing!

I love this clinic so much. You feel like a neighborhood friend and not just a client they can get money from. When my cat was dying the Doctor we saw had so much compassion and understanding. After making the hard decision to put my cat down the vet even called me after to see how I was doing 😭😭😭😭 love this place and the care they have for my pet and myself.
