Grateful Heart Veterinary Hospital Reviews
We have been going to Grateful Heart for about 4 years now, and will (hopefully) never have to change vets. We’ve even moved across town, yet continue making the commute to Grateful Heart because of the exceptional care we receive for our animals. When our dog Arly was sick and dying of oral cancer, they delivered the news in the most compassionate way they could, and delivered palliative, end-of-life care to make her transition out of this world as smooth as possible. When she passed, they sent us a personalized note from staff acknowledging her passing. Now we bring our newer pup Java, and they continue to provide excellent care through all of her needs. Java is a German Shepherd, so she sometimes has difficulty with bloodwork, etc.— and they are so mindful to not traumatize her or give her a bad experience that turns her into a reactive pup. They are gentle and kind with her, despite her flight response. From the techs, to the doctors, to the front desk staff, we could not ask for more patient or caring people tending to our pups’ needs. We’ve seen all of the vets by now, and each has done nothing but exceed our expectations. You can tell when a vet clinic genuinely cares about you, and loves the work that they are doing— and this place exemplifies that. Thank you, Grateful Heart, for doing such a great job! We’d recommend them to anyone. We are grateful!
Aug 15, 2024 · Margaret BlackGrateful Heart is truly the best vet I’ve ever visited. They take the time to answer every question and ensure you feel completely informed. The entire staff is genuinely caring, treating each fur baby with so much love and attention. You can tell they’re the kind of vet who wakes up at 3 a.m. thinking about your pet’s well-being. We absolutely love them and couldn’t recommend them more!

Oct 17, 2023 · Molly StambaughThis was our first visit to Grateful Heart, and wow is this place great! Everyone is kind, gentle, patient, and smart. They made our nervous dog feel safe while they performed the check up. Dr. Sarah was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Then the team went way above and beyond to source medication for us. We could not be more pleased with our experience.
