★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1When we first brought our English Bulldog, Astro, to NW Animal Allergy & Dermatology, he was a yeasty mess. He was struggling with GERD flareups and allergies, and I was feeling overwhelmed trying to manage his health.Dr. DeManuelle and the entire team have been absolutely incredible. They took the time to understand Astro’s unique challenges and created a personalized care plan for him that began with a food elimination trial. Dr. DeManuelle referred us to a veterinary internist to help manage his GERD.What truly impressed me was Dr. DeManuelle personally calling the internist to provide updates on Astro’s condition. That level of communication and compassion blew me away. Thanks to their guidance, I’ve been able to manage Astro’s symptoms with diet changes, weekly baths, ear cleanings, and face care.Allergy season is in full swing right now, and for the first time in Astro’s life, he hasn’t needed ear treatments or antibiotics. We're not done with his treatment plan yet, but I’m incredibly pleased with the progress so far. I can't recommend NW Animal Allergy & Dermatology highly enough!
May 21 · Jennifer GI could not be happier with Dr. DeManuelle and her staff at NWAAD. I took my boy dog Howard in for a persistent skin issue that I had tried to resolve for some time. With the right medications and some tweaks to his diet, he is now about 4 months free of any skin issues. Dr. DeManuelle even had suggestions to ween him off his long term steroid to something a bit gentler to his system. She was also always very gentle with my senior boy. The staff is always courteous and professional. I would definitely go back to this clinic should the need arise.
December 06 · Howard DoggOur dog Luna suffers from allergies and when we had to find a new dermatologist, Dr. DeManuelle and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were able to get her on a medication regimen that cleared up her skin and has since been well managed on allergy serum that is specifically formulated for her!
March 02 · Mindy KislingI would highly recommend Dr. DeManuelle to anyone that has a horse with allergies of any kind. My horse (Snort) has been suffering with allergies for 6 years. I have had other vets work with me to remedy the allergies without much success. After an extreme allergic reaction last fall my currant veterinarian recommended that I take him to Dr. DeManuelle. I knew that Dr. DeManuelle worked with small animals as my good friend had taken her dog to her with great results. I did not know that she worked with horses also. I am so glad that she could check him out! This is the first spring that he has not rubbed his tail bald, and rubbed all of the hair off of his belly! I am so very thankful to her and her staff. They are all very caring and pleasant people to work with.
April 12 · Terral MooreI love Dr. DeManuelle and consider her more than our veterinarian. She is thorough, knowledgeable and very kind. Not only do we love her, but the animals do too. She gets down on the floor with them and showers the animals with lots of love.We have known this incredible woman for about 15 years and have brought both of our pets to see her. She has always been honest, caring, upfront, and has provided excellent service. We had a French bulldog who saw Dr. DeManuelle for a rare ear disease. Through his care, our dog’s ears improved. She took care of him until he passed away at the age 13. She is now seeing our 9 year old French bulldog named Bridget for the same ear disease and treatment of a mast cell tumor.Dr. DeManuelle has taken extra time to research our pet's situations, including consulting with other specialists when necessary. She is phenomenal at following up and takes time to thoroughly explain exactly what is going on and the options for treatment. She often calls outside of office hours to make sure that we are comfortable and understand all of Bridget’s treatment.Dr. DeManuelle thinks outside of the box on multiple occasions. For example, there was a time recently when Bridget was going to see the neurologist for treatment. When I told Dr. DeManuelle this, she gave me a prescription of a medicine to try for Bridgets’ neurological condition. A few weeks later when we saw the neurologist, we were able to rule out that medication as one that did not work for Bridget. We did not loose any time due to Dr. DeManuelle's suggestion.Dr. Demanulle’s bedside manner is impeccable!! My family and I often joke that we wish she was practicing in human medicine because we would love to be her patients!! She has made such an impact in our lives, that my eleven year old daughter wants to follow in her footsteps and become a veterinary dermatologist. Our animals are our family and I know that they are getting the best care with Dr. DeManuelle and her staff, and this helps take the edge off.I really can't recommend her enough! Look nowhere else, she's THE BEST!
