★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Exceptional Emergency Care – Thank You for Saving Kai!I can’t thank the team at Veterinary Emergency Group enough for the incredible care they provided to my cat, Kai, during a very scary and urgent situation. He was suffering from a urinary blockage and needed immediate sedation and treatment, followed by a two-day hospital stay. From the moment we arrived, the team was prompt, calm, and—most importantly—kind. They balanced medical urgency with true compassion, not just for Kai but for me as well. One of the most comforting aspects of this hospital is that you're allowed to stay with your pet during admission. That made an enormous difference during such a stressful time. The entire team worked seamlessly to treat not only Kai, but every other patient in the space, while still maintaining a sense of calm and privacy for everyone. I want to give a special shoutout to the two daytime nurses—whose names I regret not remembering—who went above and beyond for both Kai and me. Their attentiveness, warmth, and even willingness to include me in their Apple Jacks challenge (they do taste different, for the record!) helped me stay grounded when everything felt overwhelming. Thanks to their thoughtful handling of Kai’s stress, he returned home without the usual post-hospital hiding behavior. That, in itself, says everything about the quality of care he received. And since discharge, the team has continued to be available by phone for any questions I’ve had, never making me feel like an inconvenience. If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing emergency care for your pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Veterinary Emergency Group. Their medical skill is exceptional, but it’s their compassion that truly sets them apart.
July 10 · Anjelica HigginsThis review is a little late but the service and compassion I was given while there left such a lasting impression that I still remember how I felt after my visit.I came in to VEG on March 6th 2025 because my cat Luna was not herself, was not eating or drinking much and was yowling. I knew something was wrong and my regular vet didn't have any open appointments so I came here. The staff at this location are by far the most kind, caring, knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate Vet and Vet Techs I have ever experienced in my 15+ years of pet ownership. They were very communicative, gave me wonderful advise, answered all of my questions and even guided me in what to do after I left. They kept up with me for 4 days after I left to make sure Luna was getting better and that she was going to stay betterI was there for about 4 hours but I knew by the end of my visit I had made the right choice. they are amazing people at an amazing location working for an amazing company. If they were a regular vet I would switch to them in a heartbeat and never look back.I added photos of Luna to show her progress back to her old, cute, adorable self. before her visit and for a couple of weeks after, she could not curl up into a ball, was not very social and would hide away because of the pain. Now, she is he old self and I am more than happy at her progress but also the amazing care we received from VEG.10/10, 5/5 Stars, would come back without hesitation, would recommend to everyone I know if they had a vet emergency. no one else has earned my trust or respect to this degree.Thank you VEG team, I appreciate everything you did for me and for Luna.
May 08 · Emery SzatmariNew Vet hospital. Open concept and they ask you to be involved from beginning to end. I don’t know if it’s a good thing but I liked it. They were very warm and friendly. The staff was off the charts welcoming and seemed genuinely kind.Another gentleman came in with his Kitty wrapped in a blanket. They all rushed to his table. The vet listened to his baby’s heart. No heartbeat, and there were no dry eyes 💔
June 07 · Lori ConradWe had two recent pet emergencies and couldn’t be more pleased with the care we received at VEG for each incident. They were compassionate and thorough and communicated with us each step of the way. We were given the option of the open concept care or a smaller room for a more private experience. We found the conversation with other patients’ humans comforting. Our golden ended up spending the night on her 12th birthday. The VEG staff made her a birthday crown, pup cake, and a video of the team singing happy birthday. We wouldn’t hesitate to go to VEG should the need arise.
July 09 · Renee HWe came to Veterinary Emergency Group earlier this morning for our cat, and we received amazing care as soon as we walked into the door. The vet team was honest and transparent with us about our boy's condition, including potential treatment options and financial reports, which was very refreshing to experience. Although our visit ended with us having to make a very difficult and heartbreaking decision, I appreciated every person on the team who made us feel comfortable and supported while our world turned upside down. I cannot recommend them enough. Here's a picture of our sweet boy.
