★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Highly Recommend! Our pup is prone to health issues—always, it seems, when our primary vet is closed. I can always count on OVRS to give her the best care. She has epilepsy, and I appreciate that they always make sure any treatment she needs takes that into account, addressing both the emergency at hand and her ongoing condition.I feel confident that she’s in good hands here. Scenarios are always explained thoroughly, and she never seems stressed during and after her visits. Dr. Griffin, the front desk staff, and the vet tech who checks us in are consistently kind, patient, and communicative every step of the way. Your patience truly is a saint! We also appreciate that you provide clear pricing for each step before proceeding so we’re never left in limbo. Knowing we can rely on your team day or night brings us so much peace of mind. Our girl unfortunately tends to draw the short straw when it comes to health issues, but you’ve been there for every emergency.Thank you for always caring for her—and for us.
August 13 · Julie FortnerWe could not ask for a better care team. Their compassion and concern for our animal family member was extraordinary. More importantly, we never felt rushed during progress updates. Everyone we spoke to always took time to answer all of our questions.EVERYONE was amazing. Especially the critical care physicians. It's difficult to have your loved one in the hospital for an extended period but we knew he was in the best place possible receiving the absolute best care possible. We're not sure how much more time we're going to have with our dog but whatever it is, it's a result of the care he received, and continues to receive, from OVRS.THANK YOU! 🥰
August 23 · Tiffany LaurenzI feel my pet received the best care. Everyone is always kind, helpful, and caring. I would like to recognize everyone I was in contact with about my pet. These are the kind of people who should be doing this kind of job. The level of kindness and compassion they displayed was very much appreciated. The doctors take time to properly diagnose and treat our pets. This is one of the reasons I bring my pet here. Everyone there treated us kind and with compassion. Thank you to the entire staff.
July 24 · Sherita JacksonThe care I received was professional, personal, and caring. Although the procedure was not able to be performed on my dog, I thoroughly appreciated the Dr.'s honesty and concern for my dog's wellbeing. Rather getting another surgery under his belt he shy-ed away from the idea of moving forward knowing risk vs reward wasn't on our side. I felt the care was above and beyond and not many vets think that way. Every single staff member was kind and compassionate towards me and my dog's situation. Which further drove home they were there to do what was best for my dog and not there for the money, since no one treated me different or any less kind when we decided to not move forward. I fully recommend anyone going here, especially if it is cancer removal related as that is what we were there for. They took all the precautions and steps needed to make a decision that best suited my dogs needs. The billing receptionist went above and beyond for me as well when my credit union wouldn't allow me to make the full transaction until I called them when they opened, well after the time frame I was expected to pay. They let me stand at the counter while I went through multiple phone calls and made small talk with me while I was on hold. They also when I checked out with my dog, hours later, remembered me while he was getting ready to clock out and took the time to comfort me and ensure I'd make my long drive home safe. The Dr.'s assistant was also incredibly kind and understanding towards my dog and I as I cried and sat on the floor full of nerves. She did a fantastic job of being compassionate and "family" like to make me feel more at ease and comfortable. She was also just a very very kind person.Overall, everyone made it feel like I was apart of the family and they cared about my dog as if he was their own. Please don't hesitate to take your pet here!
June 26 · Alicia BishopI have been taking my Boston Terriers to OVRS for probably 20 years. All the Dr's. Have been kind, knowledgeable, patient a sweet tone not only my dogs, but me. Too. I would recommend any of them any time, for any situation. When there is nothing more they can do for any of my dogs, they are are honest, empathetic and let me know, it is time. There is nothing more I or they can do. That helps me to notvsecibd guess my decission to euthanize that dog. I dont like my dogs to suffer. They have brought me such joy. I want them to pass peacefully and no longer suffer.RLC, 7/23/25
