★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I love the new office. The staff and doctor are wonderful and helpful. The prices are reasonable to keep your animals up to date on vaccines, boarding, and rabies shots. They do everything for the care of your pets at the most affordable prices, and I would recommend them. Thank you!
August 15 · janine kurkowskiI was warned about the poor customer service here, but because they had the cheapest prices in town I decided to give them a try. Big mistake. The staff was extremely rude and impersonal from start to finish. It felt like I was nothing more than a number, and there was no sense of genuine care or compassion for my pet. When it comes to your fur babies, you want someone who actually loves what they do. Not a clinic that just rushes you through. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who truly cares about their pets.
August 21 · Dani BI knew this guy was bad news over a decade ago. Took some stray kittens to him. Black ones that had been hurt. Their fur was burned, smelled of lighter fluid and one had a cut on the chin that went all the way through. He looked at them and said he could put them down for a fee. We refused. He said we would just be prolonging their suffering. We left. Both my daughter and I cared for them. We healed them and found them good home from contacts in my circle.Second time I went there was due to not having transportation, he was in walking distance.Had taken in two pups to foster since female owner said her husband threatened to dump them if she didn't get rid of them. I suggested she choose wisely about staying with that type of person. (She left him a few months later, reclaiming the pups when she got settled. He'd taken the mother dog and "dumped" her cause he didn't want to pay to spay her. She left, reported him and came to me asking to hold on to the pups.)Anyway, I think her ex and this vet are similar. When I came in he asked where the mother was, claimed that I was breeding fighting dogs illegally. All before I could get a word in. Why? These pups were part Pitbull and he obviously didn't like them. When I stated I foster and care for animals to find them homes, he looked at me like I was crazy. I asked for the puppy shots, by name and he smirked. Ask who told me and said he didn't deal with animals that weren't vaccinated. I informed him I'd work in a shelter with a vet as his assistant. He told me that he didn't have time and make an appointment after they had been vaccinated. From what I've read, seems he's still being super nice to those he can bluff, and toxic to those who have some insight to how a professional vet handles things. Can't believe he's still in business. But I guess a Janus can fool enough people to do so.
May 17 · L. A. Starr (Starrweaver)It was my first time there and I was greeted by the Dr himself in the parking lot before opening and as we spoke I was very impressed with his personality and the fact that even though I was new he offered me several different times to bring my puppy in for his shots and he was so easy to talk to and knew exactly how to put my mind at ease over my anxiety of being a first time pet owner. He’s very knowledgeable and his staff was also very nice and it I didn’t have to wait long at all
April 30 · Mabel MeadowsMy beloved pupper needed a shot for unexpected boarding for a family funeral. My normal vet was closed and Dr. Jeffcoat and his team were fabulous getting us processed, seen with care, and home again.Thank you
