Parver Edward DVM Reviews
Dr. Parver is an excellent and caring veterinarian. I had a guinea pig, Oreo, who lived to be 8 1/2 years old. On several occasions, I brought Oreo in to see Dr. Parver when he was sick and he took the time to treat and help him. He was above and beyond compassionate. He was honest and always tried his best to take care of Oreo and succeeded. Usually guinea pigs live from 5-8 years old and Oreo was 8 1/2. He was a big presence in our family and we loved him so much. Dr. Parver and his staff ALWAYS did whatever they could to help Oreo. Thank you so much for all always taking my call, and scheduling prompt visits to help Oreo. I really appreciate everything you did for Oreo and our family.
Feb 16, 2022 · Maria GavaresI had my dog neutered last week and they were wonderful and thorough and nice. I would def recommend this dr. and will use him again.update. Dr Parver retired in January and I tried to bring my dog in for an ear infection within the next 2 days. they were so busy they couldn't give me an appointment for a week which is impossible to let my dog suffer because he needs a medicine. so unfortunately I will have to find another vet.
Jun 14, 2023 · Marlene GlazerDr. Parver has been the only vet my pets have seen for about 25 years. I adopt special needs cats -- elderly, or with physical issues, or both -- and i've been enormously impressed with the depth of knowledge, skill set, and compassion exhibited by not just Dr. Parver, but the entire staff. Care is taken to calm not just my cats, but to keep me informed and calm as well. They have gone way above and beyond when it comes to providing veterinary care and advice. They don't view pet care as a simple customer transaction, it's obviously so much more. My gratitude to Dr. Parver and his staff is enormous.
Jan 24, 2018 · Ruth KatzThe greatest vet in the tri-state area. We love Dr Parver, Jimmy & all of the staff. Such compassion shown with fury family. Gentle care given each and every time. We live in CT and go to Dr Parver in Little Neck, an hour of travel is so worth the trust and passion. Thank you Dr Parver and staff for loving our fur babies as if they we your own, and for loving what you do.
Jul 30, 2019 · Wednesday BillupsOld school, honest veterinarian. There are so many doctors in just about every field that will quickly diagnose and then "strongly encourage" the most expensive course of treatment. Not Dr. Parver. I appreciate that allegiance to understanding how costly it is to care for a pet.He does what is right and doesn't try to sell any unnecessary services. He also is a great vet 🙂
