PAWS Clinic Reviews
We've been bringing our animals here for a long time. They are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Apr 06, 2025 · DeidreJenny from the block and Bekki with the good hair were AMAZING! 🤣 I took my three babies there and they handled Georgia, Dani, and Bruno as if they were their own. The even figured out Dani was ok with puppy needles but not big girl needles 😂 Their prices are above fair. This will be our new “home” for all of our dogs!
May 25, 2024 · Leyna SkoglandLove this place! Definitely worth the time that you have to wait, as any walk in vaccine clinic would have. However, I do wish there were staff members there to stay on top of owners & their choices. Signs are posted to keep traffic in the waiting area at a minimum, but some clients are not mindful of this. I observed several clients allowing their dogs to pull to meet other dogs which is a terrifying thought when you have a reactive pet. Otherwise, I always come to PAWS for any vaccines / preventative!!
Aug 31, 2024 · bri martinNormally, the people here are very friendly, not the most tightly ran ship but always very kind. However today and the last time we went we had the same lady who is obviously not familiar with being nice to customers. My dog is old he pottied on the floor, no biggie. while I’m at the ground cleaning it up she hands my husband paperwork. I fill it out when I’m done and she is annoyed that I filled out both since she “gave us each a form so we could each fill out one” for our two dogs. There was no line so no rush and my husband is holding onto our two dogs so I chose to fill out both to make it easier on our full hands. Then, two times she asks me questions then gives me a scolding look and says “ that’s the reason I told you not to do that on the paperwork”. Mind you ide been cleaning up after my dog when she gave it to us. Apparently I put the wrong weight, and I put an X where I guess I shouldn’t have. She was very hateful and it honestly made me uncomfortable.
Nov 25, 2024 · Melissa RossHave always had a good experience with Paws clinic until today. My husky had been going to them for vaccines and prevention meds since he was a puppy. As he’s gotten older he’s become reactive around other reactive dogs - we’ve done a lot of work in managing him, part of which includes a muzzle in case of potential incidents (not everyone manages their reactive dogs, or people allow their dogs to run up on others). So, as a precaution, my dog wore his muzzle today, as he has done on prior visits without issue. I kept my distance from others, my dog was calm, and under complete control sitting or laying right next to me. The woman asked me what he was here for, and then said she’d be back out with a number and to let me know when they’d be able to take me. 30 minutes later the woman hands the 4 people behind me tickets and gets their information. I asked her if I would be getting a number and she said she was working on it and that they were busy. Okay, cool. Figured there was a special protocol for muzzled dogs, but it was not communicated if there was one. After another 30 minutes and still not having a place in line, I was done. My dog was getting stressed, it was hot. I went to Vetco, where the staff was timely, understanding, accommodating, and completed the vaccines without issue. I’ll probably try paws clinic again because of their prices, but hope improvements in service are made.
