My review is long overdue.. but today I was encouraging my cousin to take her dog to the the PET ER.A year and half ago I brought in my 3 month kitten.. where she tested positive for Panleukopina/Parvo (extremely low survival rate). We decided to treat our kitten and the wonderful doctors, nurses and techs saved her life!! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, comforting, and professional. We knew immediately that we could trust them with Chloe! Adding then and now pictures. 💕
Jun 15, 2025 · Suzanne JacobWhat wonderful people. The staff was so, so kind to me and my kitty, Hamlet, when I brought her in for a sick visit. They diagnosed her with late-stage cancer :( but they were so nice, explaining everything as we went through the tests, asking permission at every choice-point, keeping me informed, and answering all my followup questions after that day. They made a really hard thing just that little bit easier, and I'll be forever grateful for receiving that gift. Thank You, Dr. Meyer, Marisa, and Shelanté
Apr 27, 2025 · William CoonWe visited the urgent Care as our pet had managed to tear out a complete toenail and her foot was bleeding. The staff was friendly and courteous helped us quickly. We are immediately moved to an exam room and that was fabulous. Explained everything to us. Covered all the details. We had a short wait because there had been a more urgent emergency come in before us, but we were consistently checked on treatment was quick and efficient and the dog is doing very well now. She's running around like nothing ever happened.
Dec 29, 2024 · Patricia RenesI had a fantastic experience from start to finish with PET+ER. The whole staff from entering the facility to the transfer of my Yuri to Dogs and Cats was exceptional. Dr. Meyers kept me informed throughout the whole process. My Yuri was so backed up that she managed to remove 90% of his feces from the intestinal cavity. She also found out other problems with Yuri that needed immediate attention with an internist. She spoke to Dogs and Cats and made sure Yuri was transferred there immediately.. Yuri is still fighting and undergoing treatment at Dogs and Cats for his anemia and mass in stomach.
Apr 29, 2025 · OATH TMy 13 yr old fur baby was experiencing rectal bleeding and I was terrified. When I called, Jerry helped me calm down with his advice. Crystal was so kind and attentive as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Kim was very professional and patient with me. I was so confused about what was happening; he gave me a term to Google, so I could get an understanding.I was given time to myself to process the information. Jerry discussed the cost from start to finish, then I was given privacy to discuss the cost with my mom. The technicians that helped Minda were very gentle, patient, and kind; she hates her nails being cut, to the point that she'll have a seizure from the stress, but they helped me and Minda was fine.Minda was so happy when we got home (at midnight), that she ate 2 plain scrambled eggs and her tummy was no longer making strange noises. It has been 36-hours and Minda is getting back to herself...bossing me around. I have to go because she's looking at me strangely about why her eggs aren't in her bowl yet.I would've given 5-stars had Dr. Kim not recommended that I think of the end of life decisions because Minda is old. That alone made me even more scared than I already was. Aside from that tiny detail (that is still haunting me at this moment), I appreciate Dr. Kim's knowledge, expertise, and patience. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!!Gotta Go!
