★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Clean environment and friendly, helpful staff. The vet saw our puppy quickly during a stressful situation and took great care of her. They were very transparent about pricing and didn’t move forward with any treatment without our consent. Highly recommended! Bailey is already on the mend!
July 06 · Eric ParkerI cannot speak for the entire practice but I went to our "regular" vet when my dog starting acting funny and then flat out wouldn't move. They told me it was an abscess and he was hospice. I'm pretty sure I left my body before I even brought him in, but we agreed pain medicine and at home bridge services were okay so I brought my dog home. I ended up googling and the more I read the less it sat right with me and the more questions I had. After finding an at home bridge vet I explained all of this & she was as upset I was that there was no explanation of WHAT was wrong with my dog. I must have called 40 vets for a 2nd opinion & my luck, everyone is out of town on vacation. The at home euth vet recommended Dr Carroll specifically at this practice who came in on her evening off just to see my dog. She was able to give me answers, show me EXACTLY what wrong with my dog, put it in both medical and layman's terms and give me options and advice. Now knowing that it is a very large cancerous mass and not an infected (treatable) abscess or item and it could not have been prevented or treated even if caught early gives me a level of comfort I do not have words for. It may be an overly detailed review but if you care for your pets more than your human 'family' you know why I'm leaving this review. I knew it was humane to bring my dog home for a few days to pass. I know the ways it can happen if it does spontaneously &what to look for. I saw with my own two eyes exactly what it is & i have peace of mind which is invaluable. I get extra time with my boy because of a correct diagnosis. I of course read up on everything at 2 am after getting home and spot on, most recent studies and widely accepted science. It's a common cancer apparently, hemangiosarcoma or something. There were other patients there when I got there, everyone was seen and a few left with their pet in the 2 and a half Hours I was there. So, they do see your pet quickly and they have VERY good technology.I'm impressed enough that this will be our go to emergency vet from now on and I think I'll be changing "general" vets to one recommended by dr Caroll as well. It is a clean big building with private rooms and quiet. They have what your pet needs for an emergency, including nice staff who know what they are doing. When they say emergency they mean it, they will stretcher your pet directly to the back. Thanks to you all for giving me peace of mind and the monumental favor of a real explanation and diagnosis/prognosis. I don't know how you guys do it, but thank you for caring so much. He hates chocolate by the way but really likes filet mignon. Every dog should taste them both at least once.Edit: I got nearly an entire extra month with my dog thanks to Dr Carroll and her explanations. My dog was able to pass at home with what I understand to her mentor Dr Servantez, with peace and no pain in my arms when it was time just a few short days ago. I cannot stress how invaluable having answers and knowing cancer was not my fault and nothing I could do and how to Keep him comfortable were. He let me know when it was time, they were right about that too.I am beyond grateful and if for some reason I had needed emergency goodbye services or if I need emergency care for my remaining two pets, this will be directly where I go.Thank you again Dr C and staff. In memory of Captain Jack Barkness💙🥲
July 18 · Layla Stryker (Lucy)So grateful to this facility. I was passing through the area with my English bulldog and like a bonehead, I left him in the car thinking he would be alright. He ended up having an awful heat-exhaustion episode.I was so relieved to have found this site online. It is open 24-hours. Long story short, they stabilized my best friend. They continually gave me updates. Even the fellow pet patrons were amazing.I thank God for these caring professionals. I would have been devastated should something have happened to my baby. Big lesson learned. 30 minutes in high 80s and a breeze was still too hot for my dog to be left alone in the car.
July 13 · Juan TrujilloEveryone at PetEmerg was friendly and helpful. They got us checked in and diagnosed pretty quick. The longest part was waiting for the meds & discharge which was totally understandable since it was a Friday night and the lobby was full. The vet was really kind and did a great job at explaining everything to me. The lobby and rooms were all clean as well.
August 09 · allison flattThese people are absolutely exceptional and totally awesome! They have taken care of both of my dogs in an emergency, one of them three times and the other one twice. They are beyond wonderful. The staff is incredible. They really take good care of your pets and they are very kind and they explain everything very well to you and they are very helpful and patient. I highly recommend if you cannot get into your regular vet in an emergency, bring your pet here. They are completely and unbelievably awesome. Paul And Caesar and the doctors are awesome as well. If I could give them 10 Stars I would!
