Queens Low Cost Veterinary Center Reviews
My fur baby was diagnosed with pyometra and most facilities were charging $5,000+. My baby was getting worse as she could have passed any moment. I came across Queens vet as my last resort where they did test and confirmed the diagnosis. Scared to hear the price as this was my final option, I was shocked on how affordable it was. Dr. Ali took her in did the surgery and gave me updates and pictures once the surgery was done. Now my fur baby is back to her energetic self and I thank everyone in the office for what they do!
Feb 10, 2025 · tashinaI just want to say thank you to everyone at this vet center. 🙏 They saved my dogs life! She is 8 years old and was diagnosed with pyometra at a different vet and it was a hefty bill just for the diagnosis. We decided to call around and found this place. To anyone that has trouble getting them on the phone, please make sure to text and call both numbers on their website!! I texted after they closed and they got back to me as soon as they opened next day when they saw it was an emergency. My baby ziggy stayed the night after her surgery and we were able to pick her up next day. She is back to her normal self and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you for saving our baby !! 🩷
Jul 01, 2025 · Allyssa RubinoGreat process and awesome staff. The doctor was very genuine, non judgmental and told me the cost of everything before he did it, which I truly appreciated. The exam fee was only $25. The cost of x rays are more of course but less than $300. I highly recommend this place! My dogs are feeling better.
Jul 02, 2025 · Anna BellaI’ve been to this clinic a few times before, but my most recent visit was beyond horrifying and will be my last. The veterinarian traumatized my kitten, who was already in pain and only needed two shots (a booster and a rabies vaccine). After administering the first shot, he prepared the rabies vaccine. He inserted the needle into her once, but for some reason it came back out—bent. Instead of replacing it with a new one, he proceeded to use the bent needle to inject the vaccine again. What’s worse is that I had to restrain my own kitten in a towel because the veterinary assistant was too afraid to handle her—even though she was only 4 to 5 months old and is very friendly. Of course she doesn’t like shots (what animal does?), but I am not a trained professional, yet I had to do the assistant’s job. My cat screamed in a way I’ve never heard before. It was heartbreaking and clearly painful. What was supposed to be two quick shots turned into three traumatic pokes. To top it all off, the front desk staff is incredibly rude. I’ve always greeted them with a smile and kindness, but during my last visit, one of the receptionists began talking about me in Spanish to her coworker—assuming I wouldn’t understand. Not only is this wildly unprofessional, it’s also just plain disrespectful. Just because someone doesn’t look like they speak a certain language doesn’t mean you should gossip about them in it.Lastly, the doctor always seems rushed, barely spending time in the room before moving on to the next patient. After four visits, this latest experience was enough.
Jun 28, 2025 · Laboni MollaThe absolute best! 10 month old kitten almost died, she needed exploratory surgery. Was quoted over $4000-$9000 from other places. Dr. Ali did it right away for an affordable price. Him and his team were compassionate, kind, and understanding. It was my first time there but that didn’t matter. I was treated as if my kitten has been a patient from day 1. He takes time to answer any questions without feeling rushed even though he’s a very busy man. The staff went above and beyond. 100% recommend if you want actual affordable and compassionate care for your pets. (First 2 pictures when we first got there completely lifeless. Third photo home in recovery🥲🥲🥲💞💞💞) We are incredibly grateful! Thank you so much QVC!
