★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been coming to Red Bank Animal Hospital for almost three years now with both our 14 year old cat and our 5 year old dog. The entire team here is beyond kind and attentive. They are professional but also warm and comforting, which is exactly what I'm looking for in a vet. You can tell that the doctors and the staff all care deeply for animals and will do whatever they can to make yours healthy. They never try to push unnecessary medications or procedures on us, and instead, always offer options and walk us through each one. I can't recommend them enough for pet care!
August 19 · Kandi SteinerDr. Boggan and her team were knowledgeable and professional. They took great care of my cat for her eyelid mass removal, it healed up perfectly
April 03 · Ivan CWe recently had a teeth cleaning for one of our pets and we had the best experience. The staff really has your animals best interests at heart, which gives the pet owner peace of mind.We are so lucky to have found a vet that cares about our animals almost as much as we do. I will always recommend Dr. Boggan and the awesome staff at Red Bank Animal Hospital.
June 01 · Juli MillerOn behalf of Zoey and my family, thank you Angie, Ashley, Rachel, Amelia, Jenna, Michelle, Heather and Dr. Fisher (and everyone else) for taking care of us!! My senior ShihTzu has had a number of visits, including after being attacked and bitten by a loose dog. I trust RBAH and wish I could take you with me while I’m out of state for a few months. You’re our sheroes!! 🐾💗🐾
March 20 · S. HoganI had to stew on this one before I posted it. I want to preface this by saying we had great experiences with the vets at Red Bank Animal Hospital. Dr. Fisher was amazing and would get on the floor with me and our dog, who was very anxious during vet visits, to examine him and to talk to me on the same level. I really appreciated that and that is the only reason this isn't a one-star review.Having to deal with a pet passing is difficult enough but RBAH really made the passing of our boy unnecessarily stressful for my wife and I.In addition to having to reach out to the office three separate occasions to get our dog's medical history and invoices for insurance, the biggest thing was them not informing us that our dog's remains were delivered and ready for us to pick-up for 2 weeks.I reached out to RBAH on June 10th informing them that we opted to have the crematory hand-deliver our dog's remains to them rather than to ship them through the mail, which they confirmed and said they would contact me once the remains were received. His remains were delivered 2 days later on June 13th and we were not informed at all. We only found out after we reached out to the crematory to figure out what the delay was and they told us his remains had already been delivered 2 weeks prior. The receptionist at RBAH was new there and was unable to provide me any information on when he was received, but did note that they usually attach a physical note to the remains if a call was made, which she noted ours did not have. She was able to pull up call logs and said the last time they called me was June 5th, which was before he was put to sleep. She apologized for the miss, assured me they had a process, and would let management know.If you plan on having your pets' remains delivered to Red Bank Animal Hospital, I would advise to check-in with them regularly if you care to be informed of when they were received. I don't know if I am just emotional or being overly sensitive about this but I can't imagine 2-weeks worth of staff coming and going missing something like this.
